PURPOSE: A smart terminal using an application of a driver terminal is provided to maximize the convenience of terminal manipulation by permitting or blocking the call or message reception of the driver terminal based on a driving state. CONSTITUTION: An application unit(110) collects vehicle driving information from a vehicle driving application. If a driving state of a driver is determined as a caution state, a driver interface control unit(200) blocks a communication function based on the vehicle driving information. If the driving state of the driver is determined as a safe state, the driver interface control unit permits the communication function. The application unit provides the collected vehicle driving information to the driver interface control unit through a driver interface interlinking unit. PURPOSE: A navigation information providing device and a method thereof are provided to maximize the safety of driving and reduce accidents, since navigation information is provided to a driver in a safe time. CONSTITUTION: A navigation information providing device comprises a first recognizing unit(140), a second recognizing unit(150), a regulation informing unit(160), an information controlling unit(170), and an information output unit(180). The first recognizing unit recognizes driving condition information of a vehicle. The second recognizing unit senses the behavior state or physiologic state of a driver and recognizes the state information of the driver based on sensed result. The regulation informing unit sets up regulation including the form and time for providing navigation information to the driver. The information controlling unit searches the navigation information corresponding to state information of a driver and the motion information of a vehicle. The information controlling unit searches the navigation information corresponding to state information of a driver and the motion information of a vehicle and determines the form and the time of the navigation information. PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing a vehicle safety service are provided to determine a safe distance situation between vehicles by using the traveling information and position information of a vehicle and a road surface state. CONSTITUTION: Road surface information at each section within a service area is received from a road sensor(120). The position information and the traveling information are received from a vehicle terminal(110). A safe distance situation between vehicles is estimated. The safe distance dangerous information is transmitted to a vehicle terminal.

PURPOSE: A driving grade calculation system and a method thereof for reasonably computing an echo-driving grade related to the fuel consumption and exhaust gas are provided to control the echo driving of a plurality of vehicles by setting the driving elements. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle information receiver(100) receives vehicle information. A statistical information generator(200) generates the statistical information according to each driving element on the vehicle information. A grade calculator(400) computes the classes according to each driving element on the statistical information. The grade calculator calculates synthesis echo driving grade by applying the weighted value.

A device and a method for providing a telematics service are provided to offer the telematics service based on vehicle management information, which includes dynamic information of a vehicle, by providing the vehicle management information to a TSP(Telematics Service Provider) through a network connected to a gas station without installing any communication module to the vehicle. An RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) unit(201) collects vehicle management information of a vehicle(210) from an RFID tag(212), which stores dynamic vehicle information for a current vehicle state collected from sensors installed to each part of the vehicle and the vehicle management information including static vehicle information for vehicle ID information. The RFID tag includes peculiar identification information. A server communicator(202) transmits the collected vehicle management information to a TSP server(220) providing a telematics service to the vehicle through the network. The RFID tag is attached to one part of the vehicle. The RFID unit is installed to one of gas station facilities including a filling gun. The network is connected to the TSP server through a gas station(200). The TSP server includes a vehicle information analyzer(221) and an analysis result provider(222).

CONSTITUTION: A system for producing a three-dimensional internal structure of a high-storied building using a geographic information system includes a story structure generator(100), an internal building structure generator(102), and an internal building manager. The story structure generator receives external building object information to generate a three-dimensional model of the high-storied building and the structure of each story of the building. The internal building structure generator generates an internal building structure of each story using internal building object information with respect to an internal building object existing in each story of the building. The internal building manager stores and manages external building information and internal building structure information.
