본 발명은 유무기 혼성 박막 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 안정적인 새로운 작용기를 포함하는 유무기 혼성 박막 및 무기물 전구체 및 유기물 전구체를 교대로 사용하여 분자층 증착법을 포함하는 유무기 혼성 박막의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An organic-inorganic hybrid thin film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form an expanded structure with a strong covalent bond, thereby securing not only an excellent thermo-stability and a mechanical stability but also a high carrier-mobility. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an organic-inorganic hybrid thin film includes a step of interlaying an inorganic cross-linking layer with a conjugate organic polymer through MLD(Molecular Layer Deposition). The manufacturing method includes a step of binding the inorganic cross-linking layer on a substrate inside an MLD chamber, and a step of polymerizing HDD(Hexadiyne Diol) coupled to the inorganic cross-linking layer on the substrate with UV(ultraviolet) treatment. A process cycle is implemented at least one time. The organic polymer includes polyacethylene or vinyl ether-aleimide. The inorganic cross-linking layer includes a metallic oxide selected from a group of Zn, Al, Ti, Zr, Sn, Mn, Fe, Ni, Mo, and combination thereof. The organic-inorganic hybrid thin film is two dimensional.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for forming a micro pattern is provided to transfer a functional material pattern on a substrate by contacting a stamp with a pattern on the substrate with a liquid flow layer. CONSTITUTION: A stamp(10) with a pattern is prepared. A functional material(30) is selectively filled in the only intaglio part of the stamp. A substrate(40) to be transferred is prepared. A liquid flow layer(50) is formed by spraying solvents on the surface of the substrate. A functional material pattern is transferred on the substrate by contacting the stamp with the substrate. The stamp is separated from the substrate.
