Abstract:
An air pulsation noise measuring method of a turbocharger is provided to predict the noise of a vehicle accurately by measuring the air pulsation noise to 160,000 RPM. An air pulsation noise measuring method of a turbocharger having a turbine and a compressor which are connected with the same axis comprises a step of inducing the air to the turbine with an air supply device, and a step of performing a test while controlling the speed of the turbocharger over 160,000 RPM with a turbine inlet side flow control valve. As a pressure regulator electric valve installed at the compressor exit side is gradually closed, the pressure difference between the turbine and the compressor is reduced.

본 발명의 목적은 선기어와 피니언기어 사이의 동심 유지 및 간극 유지 기구가 없는 것을 선기어와 피니언 기어 사이에 서로를 구속할 수 있는 구조를 만들어 선기어, 피니언기어, 링기어 사이의 동심을 유지하므로써 기어 소음 발생을 저감시킨 자동 변속기의 오버드라이브 유성기어 셋트 구조를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 선기어와 피니언기어, 링기어 및 캐리어를 포함하여 구성되는 자동 변속기의 오버드라이브 유성기어 셋트에 있어서, 상기 선기어를 지지하는 리버스 허브의 외주에 상기 캐리어의 내경면을 끼워 지지토록 하므로써 리버스 허브와의 면접촉에 의해 입력축과의 동심이 유지되도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다. 자동변속기, 유성기어, 니들베어링

A variable type oil jet is provided to cool a piston by injecting oil through a plurality of nozzles moving forward and backward according to the position of the piston, and to thereby maximize the cooling efficiency. A variable type oil jet includes a piston sensor(21), a controller(22), an oil pressure controller(23), and an oil jet unit(20). The piston sensor senses an ascending position of a piston. The controller judges a position of the piston based on an electric signal from the piston sensor and outputs a control signal. The oil pressure controller operates according to the control signal from the controller, and pressurizes oil so as to control an oil pressure. The oil jet unit is installed at a lower side of the cylinder block and injects supplied oil to an oil gallery of the piston while adjusting the motion of a nozzle.

A device for preventing an accident caused by a damaged tire and a control method thereof are provided to restrict a steering wheel from being suddenly operated by a driver with a control unit by forcibly stopping a rotary motion of the steering wheel by a first motor if the diameter of left and right wheels is changed. A device for preventing an accident caused by a damaged tire is composed of a first motor(4) connected with a steering wheel(12) to separate the steering wheel as the tire is broken; a second motor(6) for correcting a progressive direction of the vehicle after separating the steering wheel through the first motor; an ABS(Anti-Lock Brake System) control unit(8) for braking the vehicle after holding the progressive direction of the vehicle by the second motor; and a control unit(20) for controlling the first and second motors and the ABS control unit.

PURPOSE: An aluminum alloy for a vehicle cylinder liner and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the oil storage performance and abrasion resistance of a cylinder liner since silicon is minutely spread on the base material. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum alloy for a vehicle cylinder liner comprises silicon 16~22 weight%, copper 2~6 weight%, magnesium 0.2~2.0 weight%, iron maximum 1 weight%, manganese, zinc maximum 0.1 weight%, and nickel maximum 0.1 weight%. A manufacturing method of a vehicle cylinder liner comprises following steps. The temperature of melted alloy liquid(100) is maintained at 700~800°C in an insulation furnace(110). Phosphorus 50~500ppm is put into the melted alloy liquid, and then the melted alloy liquid is stabilized for 30-60 minutes. A round rod-shaped liner is made through a hot forging process.

PURPOSE: A car high mounted stop lamp apparatus installed at a roof panel is provided to improve visibility for rear vehicles by being installed at the roof panel of the top of a rear glass. CONSTITUTION: A car high mounted stop lamp apparatus comprises a stop lamp unit(110). The stop lamp unit is located on a roof panel(100) of the top of a rear glass of the car. The stop lamp unit has a base portion, a light source portion and a lamp cover portion. The base portion is attached to a sealer used in installing the rear glass. The light source portion is installed in the base portion. The lamp cover portion protects the base portion and the light source portion from the outside. The lamp cover portion is exposed from the roof panel.

PURPOSE: A billet for an aluminum cylinder liner and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the productivity by making procedures consecutively till a semi-product from the molten metal. CONSTITUTION: A billet for an aluminum cylinder comprises 81~72wt% Al, 16~21wt% Si, 2~5wt% Cu, 0.2~1wt% Mg and 50~300ppm P. A manufacturing method of the billet for an aluminum cylinder liner is as follows. It is injected into a tundish that 81~72wt% Al, 16~21wt% Si, 2~5wt% Cu, 0.2~1wt% Mg, 50~300ppm P. A slab is manufactured by drawing the molten alloy to under a mold from the tundish inside. The temperature and casting velocity of the tundish inside is controlled at 750~800°C and 90~100mm/min.
