The present invention relates to a deposition catalyst for reducing nitrogen oxide, a method for producing the same, and a method for removing nitrogen oxide using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a deposition catalyst having excellent removal efficiency of nitrogen oxide at a temperature of 270 to 400°C which is the actual exhaust gas temperature; a method for producing the same; and a method for removing nitrogen oxide from exhaust gas using the deposition catalyst and a reducing agent.

본 발명은 기존 가솔린 자동차 엔진에서 발생하는 질소산화물 (NOx) 저감 성능 개선을 위한 삼원 촉매(THREE-WAY CATALYST, TWC)-SCR 촉매 시스템의 암모니아 (NH 3 ) 생성용 삼원 촉매(THREE-WAY CATALYST, TWC) 개발에 관한 내용이다. 특히 삼원 촉매(THREE-WAY CATALYST, TWC)의 주요 구성원인 귀금속 (noble metal)의 대체 없이 기존 시스템을 유지하면서 삼원 촉매(THREE-WAY CATALYST, TWC)를 산화열처리 후 암모니아 생성량 증대 및 지지체에 따른 NH 3 생성량 변화 확인을 통한 NH 3 생성 최적 촉매 개발이 본 발명의 주요 착안점이다.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of three-way catalyst producing ammonia for passive ammonia/selective catalytic reduction and a tree-way catalyst manufactured by the same are provided to be effectively used for environmentally-friendly automobiles. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst for reducing nitrogen oxide into ammonia is carried in a metal oxide carrier. A manufacturing method of the catalyst includes a step for thermally treating noble metal powder carried in the metal oxide carrier in the process of manufacturing a three-way catalyst based on an impregnation method. The noble metal is rhodium(Rh). The metal oxide support is Al2O3, SiO2, ZrO2, CeO2, C3Z1(Ce0.75Zr0.25O2), or the mixture. The noble metal carried in the carrier is thermally treated at 800-1,200 deg. 본 발명은 질소산화물 흡장-환원 촉매에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 상기 촉매는 알칼리금속과 Al, 또는 알칼리토금속과 Al을 포함하는 담체; 알칼리금속, 알칼리토금속 또는 희토류 원소의 질소산화물 흡장 원소; 및 Pt, Pd, Ru, Au, Ag, 및 Rh로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 귀금속을 포함한다. 이와 같은 질소산화물 흡장-환원 촉매는 질소산화물 흡장 및 환원 능력이 우수하게 나타나고, 특히 열화 전후 및 황산화 전후에도 흡장 및 환원능력이 우수하게 유지되며, 저온 환경에서도 촉매 활성이 우수하게 나타난다.

PURPOSE: A catalyst for selective reduction of nitric oxide within exhaust gas containing rare earth metal and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to eliminate nitric oxide within exhaust gas of hydro-thermal treatment former and post treatment in the high temperature by using rare earth metal as co-catalyst and by using Mn and Fe as active component and zeolite as carrier. CONSTITUTION: The catalyst for the selective reduction of the nitric oxide within the exhaust gas containing the rare earth metal is immersed in the zeolite carrier. The catalyst contains more than one kind of manganic compound, and the iron compound selected from the rare earth metal. The co-catalyst component contains 4~40 weight% based of the standard of catalyst of total 100 weight of the rare earth metal and manganese and iron. The manganese contains 10~60 weight%. The iron contains 4~40 weight%. The zeolite is included in 20~200 parts by weight. The catalyst has the reduction activity capability of the nitric oxide of 80~100% in the reaction temperature of 200~400 °C after the hydro-thermal treatment. The reduction reaction of catalyst uses the element (Urea) or the ammonia (NH3) as the reducing agent.

본 발명은 산화 금속 지지체에 Rh을 담지한 촉매를 적용하여 이론 공연비(A/F=14.7) 이상의 연료가 희박한 배기가스 조건에서도 질소산화물을 암모니아로 전환시킬 수 있는 질소산화물의 암모니아 전환용 촉매 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명에 따른 질소산화물의 암모니아 전환용 촉매는 귀금속이 담지된 산화 금속 지지체를 포함하여, 이론 공연비(A/F=14.7) 이상의 연료가 희박한 배기가스 조건에서도 질소산화물을 암모니아로 전환시킬 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a perovskite catalyst for NO oxidation and a manufacturing method thereof and, in particular, to a perovskite catalyst for NO oxidation and a manufacturing method thereof capable of accelerating the usage of the perovskite catalyst for NO oxidation and reducing production costs owing to the excluded use of precious metals because the perovskite catalyst for NO oxidation can be used as a main component of an aftertreatment system for reducing NOx in exhaust gas of a leanburn gasoline engine or a diesel engine by producing the perovskite catalyst including silver (Ag) having the function of NO oxidation and excellent hydrothermal stability.
