본 발명은 흡음재, 흡차음재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 열가소성 폴리우레탄(TPU), 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리우레탄 폼, 저융점 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(LM PET), 폴리프로필렌(PP) 및 마(jute) 등을 포함함으로써, 중량저감과 원가절감 효과뿐만 아니라 폐차의 재활용률 향상과 환경보호 효과가 있는 흡음재, 흡차음재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a sound absorbing material, a sound absorbing and screening material, and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, provided are a sound absorbing material, a sound absorbing and screening material, and a manufacturing method thereof, with effects in improving a recycling rate of discarded cars and protecting an environment as well as effects of reduced weight and reduced production costs, by comprising thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyurethane foam, low melting polyethylene terephthalate (LM PET), polypropylene (PP), and jute.
Abstract:
본 발명은 블라스팅 박리를 이용한 범퍼 커버의 재활용 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 블라스팅 도막 제거 챔버를 이용하여 자동차 범퍼 커버의 도장막을 제거하고 이를 압출 및 사출 성형용 플라스틱 수지로 재활용하기 위한 공정 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 블라스팅 박리법을 사용한 방법은 기존의 화학적 박리법이나 범퍼 커버용 신재료를 이용하는 방법과 비교해서 동등 이상의 기계적 물성 확보가 가능하고, 외관특성에 있어서도 신재료 수준의 품질을 확보할 수 있다. 또한, 기존의 화학적 박리법이나 모래 이용 분사법에 비해서 도막 및 도금 제거 효율이 우수하고 매개체를 재활용할 수 있으므로 경제적으로도 매우 유리하다.

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a soundproofing material is provided to recycle polyurethane foam and to prevent and to prevent static electricity generation. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a soundproofing material comprises: a step of finely pulverizing a waste sheet; a step of mixing a polyester-based fiber, polyester-based fiber of low melting point, polypropylene fiber, thermoplastic fiber, and hemp in a polyurethane foam-crushed material; a step of carding the mixture; a step of needle-punching; a step of thermoforming and cooling; and a step of forming the mixture in a felt and cutting. The polyurethane foam is waste sheet foam or thermosetting polyurethane foam. PURPOSE: Recycling method and system of waste bumper fascia are provided to convert the waste bumper fascia into a recyclable material. CONSTITUTION: A roll compressor(10) compresses waste bumper separated from a car body. A detaching unit(20) detaches a paint film from a waste bumper surface of a temperature-increasing state by the roll compression. The detaching unit scratches the waste bumper surface using a brush. A residue remover(30) removes detached paint film residue from the waste bumper surface. A grinder(40) grinds a paint film-removed waste bumper. A storage unit(50) stores the grinded recycling material.

PURPOSE: An acrylic rubber composition is provided to improve the cold resistance and the chemical resistance of a conventional acrylic rubber by mixing recycled fluorinated rubber powder. CONSTITUTION: An acrylic rubber composition containing recycled fluorinated rubber powder contains 100 parts of acrylic rubber by weight, 5~200 parts of recycled fluorinated rubber powder by weight, 10~100 parts of reinforcing agent by weight, 1~10 parts of promotion aid by weight, 1~10 parts of anti-aging agent by weight, 1~10 parts of dispersing agent by weight, 1~5 parts of rubber accelerator, and 1~5 parts of vulcanization agent by weight.
