Abstract: 본 발명에 따른 수동변속기의 후진변속기구는 엔진으로부터 동력을 제공받아 회전되는 구동축과; 상기 구동축으로부터 동력을 전달받아 회전되는 종동축과; 상기 구동축과 상시 치합되고, 상기 종동축과 선택 치합됨으로서 후진 변속 시 상기 종동축을 역회전시키는 아이들러샤프트를 포함하여 구성되어, 구동축과 아이들러 샤프트의 연결에 의해 발생되던 1차 적인 충돌이 발생되지 않을 뿐만 아니라 아이들러 샤프트와 종동축이 연결될 경우에도 상기 아이들러 샤프트가 치합에 적절한 회전속도로 감속되어 후진 변속 시 조작감이 향상되는 효과를 가지고 있다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 자동차의 차고 조절장치에 관한 것으로, 도어의 개방상태를 감지하기 위한 도어개방 감지센서와; 도어의 외측면에 설치되어 도어의 개방범위 내에 존재하는 장애물을 감지하기 위한 장애물 감지센서와; 상기 도어개방 감지센서 및 장애물 감지센서의 신호를 전달받아 차고의 높이의 조절상태를 판단하는 제어부와; 상기 제어부에 의해 도어개방시 경보음을 발생시키는 경보기와; 상기 제어부에 의해 도어개방시 차체를 도어가 개방될 수 있는 높이까지 상승시키는 유압구동수단을 포함하여 구성함으로써 도어의 개방시 도어의 외부에 위치하는 장애물의 위치를 감지하여 도어가 장애물에 의해 개방될 수 있는 위치까지 유압에 의해 자동으로 차체의 높이를 상승조절함으로써 도어의 외부에 위치하는 장애물로 인한 사고를 방지하도록 하고, 차량의 외부에 장애물 발생시 차량의 위치를 변경시키지 않은 상태에서도 도어를 개방하도록 한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A shifting gear structure is provided to prevent the reduction of shifting feeling and the shifting defects by changing the shape of a cone portion. CONSTITUTION: Cone portions(13) of shifting gears(12,12') have cutting grooves(13b) to cut a member through an axial direction. Many cutting grooves are formed on the cone portions of the shifting gears radially. Thereby, oil to form a lubricating film between the cone portions and a synchronizer ring is discharged through the cutting grooves. Therefore, the friction efficiency between the cone portions and the synchronizer ring is improved. Moreover, the sudden raising of shifting force is prevented by reducing the cone portions based on the cutting grooves radially.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A synchronizer for a manual transmission is provided to prevent double locking caused by relative rotational speed difference between a synchronizing side and a synchronized side, reduce noise, improve durability of the transmission, and improve shifting feeling. CONSTITUTION: A synchronizer for a manual transmission comprises a synchronizer hub(4) having spline join on a main shaft(2) and rotating as one body with the main shaft; a sleeve(6) engaged with a gear unit of the outer peripheral surface of the hub; clutch gears(8) selectively engaged with the sleeve; a speed gear(10) connected with the clutch gears, to transmit the driving force to a driven shaft; synchronizer rings(16) rubbed against the clutch gears, to perform synchronous actions; and synchronizer keys(18) inserted in key grooves of the sleeve, to give axial active force to the sleeve. The synchronizer key comprises a first synchronizer key, giving axial active force to the sleeve at the beginning time of synchronizing, and a second synchronizer key, giving axial force to the sleeve at the finish time of synchronizing.
