Abstract: An EGR valve apparatus for a vehicle is provided to improve cooling performance by increase the flow rate of cooling water in a radiator as the cooling water does not flow to an EGR cooler in high speed and high load state in which an EGR is not operated. An EGR valve apparatus(100) for a vehicle comprises a exhaust gas passage(130) equipped with an exhaust gas control valve(120) and installed inside a housing(110). A gas outlet(131) of the exhaust gas passage is connected to an EGR cooler(200). The EGR valve apparatus supplies cooling water through the housing to the EGR cooler. When the exhaust gas control valve is closed and the exhaust gas is not supplied to the EGR cooler, the valve apparatus blocks the cooling water supplied to the EGR cooler and heats a gas-tube(210) of the EGR cooler.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A radiator cap apparatus is provided to achieve improved safety and prevent damage of engine caused due to the insufficiency of coolant. CONSTITUTION: A radiator cap apparatus comprises a pressure cap(3) for sealing a filler neck portion(2) of a radiator(1) so that the filler neck portion is capable of being open/shut; an overflow pipe(7) having an end communicated to the interior of the filler neck portion and the other end connected to the reservoir tank side; a pressure valve(4) which opens by the rise of internal pressure of the radiator, and permits the overflow pipe and the radiator to be communicated with each other; a return spring(5) for applying force in a radiator sealing direction by elastically supporting the pressure valve with respect to the pressure cap; and a bypass line(9) for interconnecting the filler neck portion and the entrance of the water pump. The bypass line opens to permit the radiator to be communicated to the water pump when the pressure valve is lifted while compressing the return spring until the internal pressure of the radiator continuously rises even after opening of the pressure valve and overflow pipe and reaches a predetermined level.
