Abstract: The present invention relates to a gearbox housing structure for reducing vibration and noise and, more specifically, to a gearbox housing structure for reducing vibration and noise, which has an extended diameter of a passage wider than a diameter of a passage formed on an existing gearbox housing in order to solve a difference in noise and vibration generated as an effective diameter of the passage is reduced, and a flow diameter is reduced by flow separation at an inner opening part of the passage vertically formed on an inner surface of the gearbox housing.

CONSTITUTION: A tire rim assembly unit(100) comprises an inner rim(110) and an outer rim(120). The inner rim and the outer form an inner flange(111) and an outer flange(121) and are fixed by a bolt and a nut. Abstract: PURPOSE: A muffler for vehicles is provided to increase back pressure in high speed and reduce booming noise by a resonance chamber. CONSTITUTION: A muffler for vehicles comprises a housing(1), an exhaust inflow pipe(13), a middle pipe(15), and an exhaust outflow pipe(17). The housing is divided into a front chamber(7), a center chamber(9), and a rear resonance chamber(11) by two baffles. The exhaust inflow pipe is inserted into the housing. The middle pipe guides the exhaust gas within the central chamber to the front chamber. The pipe valve is opened and closed in order to block the flow of the exhaust gas. The exhaust outflow pipe guides the exhaust gas within the front chamber to the outside of the housing.

Abstract: A turning radius reduction control method in vehicle's U-turn using an ARC is provided to be easily applied and used without installation of a VRS system. A turning radius reduction control method in U-turn comprises the steps of: determining whether a rack stroke contacts with a gear stopper; checking out a rotational direction when the rack stroke contacts with the gear stopper; and controlling an inner wheel suspension in relation to the rotational direction downward and suspension of the opposite wheel upward by controlling rolling motion of an ARC. The rack stroke finishes when it is displaced from the gear stopper in the step of controlling the inner wheel suspension and the opposite wheel suspension.
