Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a shelf from being inclined and move the shelf with a small force by a method wherein a rising part, a sliding member at a deep place of a frame for holding the shelf having a lower rib and a shaft are provided, these members are provided with a stopper mechanism for stopping a rotation of a shaft and a rack engaged with gears fixed at both ends of the shaft is provided. CONSTITUTION:A shelf 1 is comprised of a mounting part 1a, a rising part lb around the mounting part and a rib 1c. When the shelf 1 is moved up and down, at first, an operator's side of a lever 10 is lifted up and rotated, resulting in that a claw 7a of a stopper 7 is not engaged with a projection 6a of a ratchet 6 and then gears 5 fixed at both ends of a shaft 4 can be rotated while being engaged with a rack 19. Then, a frame 2 is directly moved up and down to a target position along a rail 18. As the lever 10 is released, the claw 7a of the stopper 7 is engaged with the projection 6a of the ratchet 6 under an action of a stopper spring 9, resulting in that the ratchet 6 and the gears 5 fixed to the shaft 4 may not be rotated and they are fixed there.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent an abnormal sound from being generated by a method wherein a driving gear, a turning gear, a gear shaft and spur gears are rotated under a rotation of a dial, a rack is moved up and down and can be rotated and moved up and down concurrently on right and left racks and material quality of the driving gear and the turning gear is made of resin containing oil therein for either one or both of gears. CONSTITUTION:When a dial 6 is rotated, a dial shaft 7 and a driving gear 8 are rotated. Thus, a turning gear 9 is rotated and spur gears 5 at both sides are rotated together with a gear shaft 4. Right and left spur gears 5 are fixed to the gear shaft 4 and rotated in the same manner to each other, so that they may be moved up and down in the same manner at the right and left sides of the shelf 1 and no positional displacement in right and left heights occurs. Since the turning gear 9 combined with the driving gear 8 made of polyacetar is molded by resin containing plyacetal, an abnormal noise during transmittance of a driving power is prevented from being generated and in addition since lubricant oil is independently dispersed, resulting in that lubricant oil is not consumed a smooth sliding caused by the effect of lubrication can be attained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To attain a position setting of a dial shaft by a method wherein a driving gear, a turning gear, a gear shaft and spur gears are rotated under a rotation of a dial, a rack upper shelf is moved up and down, it may be moved up and down while being held horizontal, and in addition, a stopper arranged in a dial shaft and a rib for position setting arranged at a frame are provided. CONSTITUTION:When a dial 6 is rotated, a dial shaft 7 and a driving gear 8 are rotated. Then, a turning gear 9 engaging with the driving gear 8 is rotat ed, and spur gears 5 at both sides are rotated together with a gear shaft 4. Right and left spur gears 5 are fixed to a gear shaft 4 and are rotated in the same manner to each other, so that a shelf 1 is moved up and down in the same manner at right and left sides and no positional displacements in right and left heights occurs. In the event that the dial shaft 7 is apt to move in a direction A, a stopper part 7a is abutted against a position setting rib 7c. A stopper shaft 7b is not moved due to its fixing at a fixing rib 2f for a frame 2b and thus the dial shaft 7 is restricted by the position setting rib 7c against a movement in a direction A.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To set an assemblying size of a frame and positions of rollers at their predetermined positions, cause the rollers to be rotated in a sliding groove and get a smooth movement of a shelf by a method wherein a frame is molded with resin, and roller pins are insert molded. CONSTITUTION:When a shelf 1 of a shelf device is moved up and down, a dial 6a is rotated, resulting in that a dial shaft 7 and a driving gear 8 are rotated. A turning gear 9 engaged with the driving gear 8 is rotated, spur gears 5 at both sides are rotated together with a gear shaft 4. Spur gears 5 are moved in a sliding groove 14a through a gear shaft 4 while engaging with a front surface side rack 14b and moved up and down in the same manner at the right and left sides. A frame 2 is molded by resin and upper and lower roller pins 3a and 3b are concurrently insert molded, so that a disturbance in assembly of the frame and positional displacements in right and left directions are not produced. In addition, since the upper and lower roller pins 3a and 3b are made of metal, even if a large amount of foods are mounted on the shelf 1, the upper and lower rollers 3c and 3d are not inclined, but smooth rotations of the rollers are attained and an operating force for the dial is quite low.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform an effective utilization of an interior of a refrigerator by a method wherein a dial main body is arranged slightly deeper than a front end of a shelf arranged on a frame and only an extreme end of a dial knob is projected more forward than the front end of the shelf. CONSTITUTION:When a shelf 1 of a shelf device is moved up and down, a dial 6 is rotated, resulting in that a dial shaft 7 and a driving gear 8 are rotated. A turning gear 9 engaged with the driving gear is rotated, spur gears 5 at both sides are rotated together with a gear shaft 4. Spur gears 5 are moved through the gear shaft 4 while being engaged with a rack 14b and then moved up and down in the same manner as the right and left sides of the shelf 1. The dial 6 is arranged slightly deeper than the front end of the shelf 1, only an extreme end of the knob 6a formed toward an inner front side of the front surface of the dial 6 is projected more forwardly than the front end of the shelf 1, thereby it may not hinder a food from being placed on a food mounting surface at a lower stage of the shelf 1. The shelf is arranged at a place where an interior of the refrigerator can be effectively utilized, an adjustment of the dial 6 may easily be carried out and its operating force is low.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To cause a roller to be rotated in a sliding groove and provide a more smooth movement of a shelf by a method wherein a sliding member is composed of a roller. CONSTITUTION:When a shelf 1 of a shelf device is moved up and down, a dial 6 is rotated, and a dial shaft 7 and a driving gear 8 are rotated. A rotating gear 9 engaged with the driving gear 8 is rotated, and spur gears 5 at both sides are rotated together with a gear shaft 4. At this time, although spur gears 5 are moved through the gear shaft 4 while engaging with a rack 14b at a front surface side of a sliding groove 14a, the right and left spur gears 5 are fixed to the gear shaft 4 and rotated in the same manner, so that a frame 2, i.e. the shelf 1 is moved up and down in the same manner as that of the right and left sides, resulting in that no positional displacement in right and left heights occurs. A roller shaft 3c for upper and lower rollers 3a and 3b is made of metal, and even if a large amount of foods are placed on the shelf 1, the upper and lower rollers 3a and 3b are not inclined, but the rollers are rotated smoothly, their frictional forces can also be reduced and an operating force for the dial 6 is quite low.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a right and left inclination of a shelf and further prohibit a disturbance in assembly and to enable a smooth movement of the shelf to be attained with a small force by a method wherein an upper roller is made to abut against a surface of a sliding rod toward an operator, a lower roller is lower than the upper roller and arranged to be abutted against the deep surface of the sliding groove. CONSTITUTION:In order to move a shelf 1, a dial 6 is rotated to cause a dial shaft 7 and a driving gear 8 to be rotated, a rotating gear 9 engaged with the driving gear 8 is rotated and then the gear shaft 4 and both spur gears 5 are rotated. At this time, the spur gears 5 are moved through the gear shaft 4 while being engaged with a rack 14b. However, the right and left spur gears 5 are fixed to the gear shaft 4 and show the same rotation, so that the shelf 1 is moved up and down at right and left sides and no positional displacement occurs at their heights. With such an arrangement, a smooth sliding movement of the sliding member 3 can be attained without any inclination, resulting in that an operating force for the dial 6 is satisfactory in its low value. The frame 2 is molded by resin and upper and lower roller pins 3a and 3b are concurrently insert molded, no disturbance of assembly of the frame or no positional displacement of the upper and lower rollers 3c and 3d is found.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent an inclination of right and left side of the shelf member and enable the shelf to be moved with a low force by a method wherein a driving ear, a rotating gear, a sliding groove for slidably holding a sliding member and holding it and a rack engaged with a spur gear formed in a right and left deep direction in a refrigerator adjacent to the sliding groove are arranged. CONSTITUTION:A frame 2 is formed such that a spur gear 5, a driving gear 8 and a rotating gear 9 are covered from above and below from within the refrigerator. When a shelf 1 is moved up or down, at first a dial 6 is rotated to cause a dial shaft 7 and the driving gear 8 to be rotated. Thus, the rotating gear 9 engaged with the driving gear 8 is rotated and then a gear shaft 4 and both side spur gear 5 are rotated. At this time, the spur gears 5 are moved while being engaged with the rack 14b through the gear shaft 4. Since the right and left spur gears 5 are fixed to the gear shaft 4 and rotated in the same direction, it is moved up and down at the right and left sides of the frame 2, i.e., the shelf 1 and no displacement of the right and left heights is produced. Under a state in which the shelf 1 is stopped, the driving gear 8 and the rotating gear 9 may form a stopping mechanism and even if foods are placed on the shelf 1, the shelf, may not be lowered.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the mounting operability of a partitioning plate by a method wherein holes are provided on a rear surface flange and a front surface flange at positions whereat at least one part of the head of a fixing screw is opposed to the closely contacting part of the rear surface flange through the front surface flange when the fixing screw for fixing the partitioning plate to an outer casing is fastened. CONSTITUTION:Holes 26 are provided on flanges 21, 22 at positions whereat at least one part of the head of a screw 14 is opposed to a closely contacting part 23 between a rear surface flange 22 and a front surface flange 21 through the front surface flange 21 when the screw 14 is fastened. When the screw 14 is fastened with a high torque, a force, having the fulcrum as well as the point of force thereof on the closely contacting part 23 and the point of action thereof on the contacting part of a step 25 between a bag unit 3 and the partitioning plate 24, is acted against another force, trying to deform the bag unit 3 and applied on an intermediate part between the head of the screw 14 and the step 25 of the partitioning plate 24, whereby the deformation of the bag unit 3 is hindered. The partitioning plate 24 is provided with a flat surface whereby the insertion of the same between an outer casing 1 and an inner casing 4 may be facilitated, the scratching of the flange 21 may hardly be caused and the mounting workability of the partitioning plate may be improved.
