    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a deformation as well as a damage of a heat radiation pipe by a method wherein a reinforcing element is arranged along a bent imaginary line of a metallic plate, a heat radiation pipe is arranged in perpendicular to the bent imaginary line at its proper location, raised and bent to form an outer box frame. CONSTITUTION:Four reinforcing parts 3 having an L-shaped section are spaced apart to each other and installed at a central location of a flat steel plate 1a in such a way as its rising portions 3a face outwardly, a heat radiation pipe 21 is arranged at a predetermined position and supported at its specified position with the reinforcing parts 3 or any heat radiating thermal transmitting tape and the like. A raw member 1a is set in a bending type composed of an inner die 6 and an outer die 7, the reinforcing parts 3 are pressed by the inner die 6, the outer dies 7 are moved to cause both sides of the raw element 1a to be raised and bent along the rising side 3a of the reinforcing parts 3 and both outer dies so as to form an outer box frame 1A. At this time, the heat radiating pipe 21 is also bent along the bending die 6a for the heat radiating pipe arranged at a location where both inner dies overlap the reinforcing parts.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge reinforcing plate to decrease protrusion of a hinge mounting part and increase the content volume of a refrigerator having the same height and facilitate positioning. SOLUTION: A refrigerator comprises an outer casing recessed part 4 formed in the top surface of the outer box of a refrigerator a hinge plate recessed part 7 formed along a position situated on the outer box recessed part 4 side; a hinge reinforcing plate recessed plate 7 positioned on the heat insulation material 3 side of the outer box recessed part 4; a caulking 12 fixing the outer box recessed part 4 and the hinge reinforcing plate recessed part 5; a screw 8 to fasten the hinge plate recessed part 7 and the hinge reinforcing recessed part 5 against each other; a cover 15 to cover a hinge plate 6; a hinge pin 14 arranged at one end of a hinge plate; and a hinge support recessed part 19 positioned facing the hinge pin 14. A hinge plate 6 is extended through the outer box recessed part 4 and securely fastened at the hinge reinforcing plate 5 and the hinge fastening part is positioned at a part situated in a level lower than that of the outer peripheral flange of the hinge plate 6. Protrusion of the hinge mounting part is reduced, the content volume of the refrigerator having the same height is increased, and constantly stable positioning is practicable.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a deformation and a damage as well as a leakage of a heat radiating pipe by a method wherein when an outer box frame is formed, zig-zag parts for accommodating a movement of a heat radiating pipe generated due to a difference of bending curvatures of a flat raw element and the heat radiating pipe are arranged at both side walls of the outer box. CONSTITUTION:A steel plate raw member 1a is formed into a flat plate of a predetermined shape and a heat radiating pipe 21 bent into a predetermined shape is mounted and installed on the raw element 1a. The heat radiating pipe 21 has, at any position of a wall corresponding to a bent side when the outer box frame of the flat plate raw element 1a, any zig-zag part 2a for accommodating a movement of the heat radiating pipe 21 generated due to a difference of bending curvatures of the raw element 1a of U-shaped or L-shaped and the heat radiating pipe 21. An inner die 6 is set in the raw element 1a formed as described above. The inner die 6 has a bending die, a raw element bending die 6a and a heat radiating pipe bending die 6b having different bending curvatures. When the outer box frame 1A is formed, the raw element 1a and the heat radiating pipe 21 are bent simultaneously in a cubic form along a predetermined bending die of the inner die 6. The cubic bending of this heat radiating pipe 21 is bent along the bending die 6b, resulting in that the heat radiating pipe 21 may not be collapsed and not be spaced apart from the outer box frame 1A.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the heat radiation efficiency of a radiation pipe and to facilitate mounting work by a method wherein a double flange having a pipe groove is formed on the front opening edge of a cabinet by bending a beltform coat steel plate, and after insertion of the radiation pipe, a reinforcing member is securely molten for securing. CONSTITUTION:A double flange 26 formed on the front opening edge of a cabinet 22 is formed by bending one precoated beltform coat steel plate. In the double flange 26, an inner box insertion groove 31 is formed between front and rear flanges 26a and 26b and a pipe groove 32 between plates on both sides and the rear face of a top plate 25. A radiation pipe 33 is inserted in the pipe groove 32 from the back on the cabinet in a state to cause the cabinet 22 to be laid down, and securely molten at the front corner parts on both sides of the cabinet 22 to the rear of a back flange 26c by using a reinforcing member 34 made of a steel plate by a one side spot weld system to securely mount.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge the air in a space defined by inner and outer boxes stably at the time of filling a foamable thermal insulation material by making a recess in the outer box and air vents for filling the foamable thermal insulation material at the opposite ends of the recess. SOLUTION: A recess 11 is made in an outer box 4 by press and holes 12 are made at the opposite ends thereof so that the air in a space defined by inner and outer boxes 2, 4 is discharged stably at the time of filling a foamable thermal insulation material 3. According to the arrangement, no cavity is generated in the foamed thermal insulation material 3 and the labor conventionally required for bonding a porous soft urethane foams through a paste layer in order to prevent leakage of the foamed thermal insulation material 3 through the air vent along with the air can be saved at the time of filling the foamed thermal insulation material 3. Furthermore, a press pin 13 can be protected against breakage and a steel outer box 4 can be protected against cracking at the time of making the air vent 11 by means of the press pin 13 and a die 14.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture refrigerator doors at a low cost and enhance a fixing strength of a cold air shielding plate and its appearance. SOLUTION: With an ultrasonic welding hole 7 having a protruding shape, a door lining 8 and a cold air shielding plate 9 are deformed to form recessed portions respectively which are fitted with each other and are connected with each other by welding. Due to such a construction, fastening members can be obviated and a boring of the door lining 8 and the cold air shielding plate 9, seal members and sealing works which are necessary when the fastening members are used can be also obviated so that the cold air shielding plate 9 can be fixed at a low cost. Furthermore, the cold air shielding plate 9 can improve its fixing strength and its appearance.

Iron reinforcing members 26 are fixed and fused at the rear surface of the back flange 20c at the front right and left corners of the cabinet 14 by one surface spot welding and fixed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the mounting of a reinforcing member onto an outer casing and secure stabilized mounting strength by a method wherein a hoop, coated with a coating on the surface thereof previously, is bent to form the left-and-right side plates as well as the ceiling plate of the outer casing while a reinforcing member made of a steel sheet is attached and secured to the rear surface of the coated hoop through fusion welding by one surface spot welding. CONSTITUTION:A cabinet 10, constituting the outer casing 11 of a refrigerator, is formed of a left side plate 12, a right side plate 13, a ceiling plate 14 and a double flanges 15 formed at the front opening rim, which are formed by bending one sheet of coated hoop coated previously. A reinforcing member 21, made of a steel sheet, is provided with a longitudinal side 21a and a lateral side 21b, which are attached and secured to the rear surface of rear flanges 15c at the left and right corners of the front surface of the cabinet 10 through fusion welding by one side spot welding. In this case, an electric current and a pressure are concentrated on projections 21e provided on the reinforcing member 21 whereby the projections 21e are molten by heat perfectly and are secured to the main body 10b of the steel plate. A stabilized mounting strength may be obtained with a simple device in such a manner.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize sliding performance by fixing one end of a frame on left and right parts of a rear face of a door in a front face of a refrigerator main body, mounting a movable roller on a rear end of the flame, slidably supporting the movable roller and the frame by a fixed rail and placing an inner case on the fixed roller and the frame. SOLUTION: One end of a frame 2 is fixed on left and right parts of a rear face of a door capable of being freely opened and closed in a front face of a refrigerator main body, a movable roller 3 is mounted on a rear end of the frame 2, a fixed rail 5 for slidably supporting the flame 2 and the movable roller 3 is fixed and mounted on a side wall 4 of an inner box. A side rib 8 slidably supported by the fixed rail 5 is provided with inclinations in two steps in left and right directions, and a side rib A21 is changed into a side rib B22 and a clearance between the frame 2 and the fixed rail 15 in the left and right directions is changed in two steps and an inner case 15 is placed on the fixed roller 6 and the frame 2. By such a constitution, sliding performance of the door is stabilized regardless of magnitude of load.
