    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the in-chamber temperature from dropping due to the out-flow of the cold air from a cooler chamber in a refrigerator having a freezer in which a cooler is provided in a refrigeration chamber. SOLUTION: A refrigerator having a freezer is provided with a freezing cycle in which a compressor 11, condenser, a reducing device, a cooler 10 for refrigeration, and a cooler 8 for freezing are successively connected, an air feed fan to feed the cold air which is heat-exchanged by the cooler to a refrigeration chamber 3 and a freezing chamber 2, and a cooler chamber 20 comprising the cooler 10 for refrigeration, an air feed fan 9 for refrigeration, a suction duct 15 to lead the air in the refrigeration chamber 2 in the cooler 10 for refrigeration, and a discharge duct 16 to lead the cold air cooled by the cooler 10 for refrigeration into the refrigeration chamber 2. A suction duct forms an inversely U-shaped air passage, the cooler 10 for refrigeration is arranged on the downstream side of the air passage to such the air from an upper part of the cooler for refrigeration and discharge the air from a lower part, and no cold air flows into the refrigeration chamber 2 from the cooler chamber 20 for refrigeration, and the inside of the refrigeration chamber 2 can be kept at appropriate temperature.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance efficiency of defrosting and reduce power consumption for defrosting in a freezer refrigerator. SOLUTION: This freezer refrigerator comprises a cooling system consisting of a compressor 10, a condenser, a first pressure reducing means, a first evaporator 14 provided within a refrigerating chamber 3 and a second evaporator 15 provided within a freezing chamber 2, which are connected in series in this order, a first cold air circulating means 17, a second cold air circulating means 18 and a defrosting heater 6. When the defrosting heater 6 is energized by a first specified timing to defrost the second evaporator 15, operation of the compressor 10 is stopped and the first cold air circulating means 17 is operated to reduce the amount of frost adhering particularly on the second evaporator 15 and temperature rise in the refrigerator is decreased at the time of defrosting and operation time during normal operation after defrosting is reduced.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sane space of an ineffective volume of a cold storage chamber and to reduce noise of a fan of a chilled gas circulating means for cold storage. SOLUTION: An evaporator 21 for cold storage integrally molded with a heat exchanger for a cold storage chamber 2 and an arbitrary wall for constituting a chilled gas circulating duct 24 is provided to reduce a disposing space of the evaporator 21. A constitution of the duct 24 can be simplified. Further, at the time of normal cooling, the chamber 2 is cooled therein to a predetermined temperature by a natural convection by means of heat exchanging via the evaporator 24 as a rule, and hence noise of a fan of a chilled gas circulating means 25 for cold storage can be reduced.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify a temperature in a refrigerating chamber bucket and contrive the reduction of ineffective volume in a freezing chamber. SOLUTION: In a cooling cycle for refrigerating, a compressor 8, a condenser 21, a first choking device 23 and a refrigerating cooler 18 are connected sequentially. In a cooling cycle for freezing, a second choking device 24 and freezing coolers 17 are connected to the first choking device 23 in parallel to the refrigerating cooler 18 while the compressor 8, the condenser 21, the first choking device 23, the second choking device 24 and the freezing coolers 17 are connected sequentially. In this case, a switching means, switching both of the cycles, is provided and the freezing coolers 17 are provided on the ceiling surface of a bucket and when the drawer type door for the freezing chamber is closed, the freezing coolers 17 serve as the lid of a bucket whereby the bucket is sealed tightly.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the ineffective volumes of a freezing chamber and a refrigerating chamber, positioned so as to be convenient in handling, by simplifying a cooling system and arranging the same at the end part of a refrigerator. SOLUTION: A freezing refrigerator is provided with a cooling cycle, in which a compressor 7, a condenser 19, a pressure reducing means 20, a first evaporator 21 and a second evaporator 23 are connected sequentially, while the evaporator 21 is attached to the uppermost site or a ceiling surface in a refrigerating chamber 3, a fan 29 is provided at the deep part of the same chamber, the evaporator 23 is installed at the deep part of a freezing chamber 2 and a fan 10 is provided near the upper part of the same chamber 2. Accordingly, respective chambers can be cooled independently, an air duct, connecting the freezing chamber 2 to the refrigerating chamber 3, is not necessary and, in addition, a cooling system can be constituted at the end part of a freezing refrigerator casing 1 whereby the ineffective volume in the central part of the casing 1 can be reduced.

SOLUTION: A variable capacity compressor 7 and a control means 14 which makes the compressor 7 operate in a low capacity and also makes a refrigerating chamber damper 6 open while a freezing chamber damper 13 is held in a closed state, when the temperature detected by a refrigerating chamber temperature detector 5 is an upper-limit set temperature or above when a temperature detected by a freezing chamber temperature detector 4 is a set temperature or below, are provided. By this constitution, the variable capacity compressor is operated in the low capacity so as to cool only a refrigerating chamber, when it happens that the temperature of the refrigerating chamber alone rises to the upper-limit set temperature or above although the temperature of a freezing chamber is the set temperature or below. In this way the temperature of the refrigerating chamber is always kept to be a prescribed one and the freshness of foodstuff in the refrigerating chamber is prevented from lowering due to a rise in the temperature thereof.

The suction pipe 18 is inserted and connected to the accumulator 17 from above, and the suction line 19 is also inserted and connected to the accumulator 17 so that it is not coaxial with the suction pipe 18. A fine tube 20 is provided to connect the bottom of the accumulator 17 and the suction pipe 18.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To avoid serious accident such as fire or explosion or the like under leakage of ignitable refrigerant which becomes a problem when the refrigerant is used by a method wherein hydro-carbon refrigerant enclosed in a freezing cycle is mixed with organic substances containing sulfur such as methylmercaptan and the like. CONSTITUTION:HC refrigerant 17 discharged from a compressor 9 is heat exchanged with surrounding atmosphere at a condensor 10, condensed, liquified and then flowed into a capillary tube 11. The HC refrigerant 17 is reduced in its pressure at the capillary tube 11, evaporated at an evaporator 8, and exchanges exchanges heat with air in an inner box 4. The HC refrigerant 17 here is mixed with an organic substance containing sulfur such as methylmercaptan and the like. Even a small amount of organic substance such as methylmercaptan produces odor, so that even if a small amount of this substance is leaked from a freezing cycle, a leakage of HC refrigerant 17 can be easily detected and so serious accident in which HC refrigerant is ignited and exploded can be avoided.

CONSTITUTION:In a hot-water feeder composed of water storage tank 1, pump 3 and by-pipe 13, an ON-OFF valve 5 opening later than the operation start time of the pump 3 and the by-pass pipe 13 for connecting a second communicating pipe 6 and hot-water storage tank 1 before the ON-OFF valve 5 are provided behind the pump 3 so that hot water at a low temperature remaining in the second communicating pipe 6, etc., is returned by the by-pass pipe 13 to the hot-water storage tank 1 until opening of the ON-OFF valve 5 and only hot water at a high temperature is supplied and accordingly the temperature of outgoing hot water is made constant.
