Abstract: PURPOSE:To quickly stabilize a refrigerator to a predetermined temperature at a high load where clogging is produced owing to frosting on a condenser, by counting operation time of a compressor and changing initiation temperature for rotating a fan at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:In control means 13 for controlling a compressor 4 and a cold air circulation fan 6 on the basis of an output signal from refrigerator temperature detector means 8 serving to detect temperature in a freezing chamber in a refrigerator, there is provided a timer 14 for accumulatively counting operation time of the compressor 4. It is judged whether refrigerator temperature is higher or lower than a set value T1 (-22 deg.C for example), and in the case of lower temperature the compressor 4 and the fan 6 are interrupted. In contrast, in the case of higher temperature the fan 6 is rotated at a high speed through revolution control means 11 and the compressor 4 is operated. Then, the value of the timer 14 is checked, and if it exceeds a set value (5 hours for example), refrigerator temperature is compared with a set value T4 (for example, -15 deg.C), and when it is higher than the set value the fan 6 is rotated at a high speed as well.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To maintain a higher reliability vaporization power and prevent bedewing on the bottom of a refrigerator under high load time when door opening/closing are frequently carried out or under such a condition where the door is often left open forgetfully by driving a vaporization promotion blower which is synchronized with a rotary type compressor when a measured estimation time of continuous 'opening' time of a damper exceeds a specified time. CONSTITUTION:At the point of time when a specified time has arrived, an 'H' signal is arranged to be generated continuously to an AND circuit 26 until the completion of the next defrosting time. On the other hand, when a rotary type compressor 6 is operating, the 'H' signal is transmitted from an 'a' terminal of a defrost control device while an 'L' signal is transmitted into the AND circuit 26 when the compressor 6 is not driving. The output of the AND circuit 26 turns into an 'H' signal by the 'H' signal from a timer 25 and the 'H' signal from the defrost control device 16 (which means the in-operation of the rotary type compressor 6.). As a result, a transistor 27 is turned ON, thereby conducting a relay coil 28, closing a relay contact 29, and driving a vaporization promotion blower 30.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the chilled foodstuff from freezing due to the forced precooling effect when the outside temperature is low and prevent the frozen foodstuff from deteriorating by controlling the temperature increase during the defrosting when the outside temperature is high by changing the forced precooling time in accordance with the outside temperature so that the forced precooling time may be shorter when the outside temperature is lower than the precooling time at the time of high ambient temperatures. CONSTITUTION:When the ambient temperature is high than a predetermined value, the resistance RTH of an ambient temperature thermistor 27 becomes low to cause the output of a comparator 28 to become 'H', and the input to an AND circuit on the side of the comparator 28 becomes 'L' through an inverter circuit 32. The precool timer 20 is then selected to cause the compressor 12 and fan 9 to be operated for a forced precooling. On the other hand, when the ambient temperature is lower than a predetermined value, the resistance R'TH becomes high to cause the output of the comparator to become 'L', and a precool timer 30 is selected. Therefore, the 'H' signal is outputted from the (h) output of the timer 30 for a time period shorter than the (e) output of the timer 20, allowing a forced precooling for a time period shorter than that which is performed under high ambient temperature conditions.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To stabilize the icebox at a high temp. range for a short time in a soft control mode by energizing a heater for a low temp. set level until specified temp. is reached when a third switching chamber is switched from a low temp. set level to the high temp. set level. CONSTITUTION: A third chamber 9 for switching over a refrigeration temp. zone and low temp. zone is sectioned from a refrigeration chamber and cold chamber and has a first and second heaters 26, 27 for use at the refrigeration temp. zone and low temp. zone. The second heater 27 is continuously energized until specified temp. is reached at the low temp. zone when the third chamber 9 is switched from the refrigeration temp. zone to the cold temp. zone, thereby stabilizing it at a high temp. range for a short time by a soft control mode, using an existing low-capacity heater.

SOLUTION: A refrigerating room 25, at the top, a freezing room 27, and a vegetable room 31, at the center, are arranged, and also a cooling air duct is constituted by coupling a ventilating duct 46, which leads to the suction duct 44 of a freezing room 25 provided at the topside of the cover 39 covering a vegetable container 33 and the suction duct 45 of a low-temperature room 30, a circulating duct 48, which is made around the vegetable container 33, a feedback duct 51, which leads to the cooler 35 from the back face of the vegetable room, and a communication duct which makes the ventilating duct 46 and the feedback duct 51 communicate with each other, with one another. Hereby, the vegetable high in use frequency can be managed and preserved in the center excellent in handiness, and the storage property is improved. Moreover, the cooling capacity of the vegetable room 31 can be secured rationally while improving the temperature distribution of the vegetable container 33.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce the load of a compressor without halting halting the operation of a fan by changing over the rotary speed of a DC fan motor only for a predetermined time when it is detected that the temperature of a temperature sensor of a condenser exceeds the upper limit setting value after power is switched on. SOLUTION: When power is switched on, a control circuit 28 allows a compressor 4, a fan 7 and a DC fan motor 26 to start operation in normal mode and determines whether or not the detected temperatures of a room temperature sensor 14 and a refrigerating chamber temperature sensor 9 exceed a predetermined value. When both detected temperatures exceed the setting values, it is determined whether or not the detected value of the temperature sensor 27 of the condenser exceeds the upper limit value. In the case when it is over the upper limit value, an input load to a compressor 4 is increased so that the DC fan motor 26 may be switched over to higher rotary speed. Then, the DC fan motor 26 is switched over to normal mode after a predetermined time has elapsed.
