    Abstract: Procedeu de amonooxidare a unui amestec de hidrocarburi şi cetone, ce cuprinde introducerea unei hidrocarburi selectate din grupul constituit din propilenăşi propan, a unei cetone brute conţinând un amestec format din cel puţin două cetone şi/sau a unui amestec de cel puţin două cetone, amoniac şi un gaz care conţine oxigen, într-o zonă de reacţie conţinând un catalizator de amonooxidare, reacţionarea hidrocarburii, cetonei brute, amoniacului şi oxigenului pe catalizatorul menţionat, la o temperatură ridicată, pentru a produce acrilonitril, acid cianhidric şi acetonitril, şi recuperarea acrilonitrilului, acidului cianhidric şi acetonitrilului din reactor.

    Abstract: By the method C3 to C5 monoolefines are amoxydated to theproduction of a,6-monononsaturated acrylonitriles having 3 to 5carbon atoms and HCN by the introduction of monoolefines,molecular oxygen and ammonia in a reaction zone in steam phasecontact with solid amoxydation catalyst. The mole ratio of themolecular oxygen and ammonia introduced was at least 1.5 and 1.0,respectively. The catalyst contains the elements included in theformulaV1SbaMnNnOxwhere a has the value from 0.5 to 2, M is one or more of theelements Sn, Ti, Fe and Ga, m takes the values 0.05 to 3,especially from 0.1 to 1; N means one more of the elements W, Bi,Mo, Li, Mg, P, Zn, Mn, Te, Ge, Nb, Zr, Cr, Al, Cu, Ce, B; n hasthe value 0-0.5. The catalyst is produced by the contact betweenvanadium and antimony compound in water dispersion, the vanadiumbeing in solution.
