    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method of manufacturing a thread bundle capable of forming a thread bundle under the low tensile force without generating a breakdown of a thread bundle to be formed, without generating looseness and meandering of the thread and without damaging the thread. SOLUTION: This thread bundle manufacturing device has a thread supply part having traveling threads 1a-1d, feed rollers 3a and 3b, an accumulative roller 6 for changing the traveling length of the threads and a dancer roller 9 suspended by the traveling threads, and a focusing part provided with plural thread holder bars 16a and 16b located with a space, a winding guide arranged to be turned around the periphery of the thread holder bars, a pair of rollers provided in the upstream of the winding guide, a slide plate for supporting one of the rollers and connected to an actuator B for changing the relative position of the supported roller in relation to the winding guide, and a means for controlling the free running torque of at least one roller of the pair of rollers.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thread strip tension imparting device, a method for imparting tension, and a device and a method for forming a thread strip bundle that can form the thread strip bundle in a stable shape without causing deformation, converge and from a thread strip bundle with low tension winding without damaging a hollow thread with especially thin film pressure, having high productivity, reliability, and stability, in a device for converging the long-sized thread strip. SOLUTION: The converging device winds a thread strip on the outer periphery of thread strip holding bars arranged at an interval by turning the thread strip. The thread strip tension imparting device comprises a pair of tension imparting rollers disposed in a thread passage, a variable brake device for controlling torques of the rollers, a roller moving means for arbitrarily changing distance between the rollers for one of both of the rollers, a damper device in which the distance between the rollers automatically changes when tension higher than a set value is applied, and a tension gauge for measuring tension of the thread strip during convergence.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a sealing method and its device which are capable of effectively sealing the leakage of heat medium particles from an inlet 23 and an outlet 24 of front drive fiber in a flame resistant device 10 which serves as a fluidized bed. CONSTITUTION:In a flame resistant device 10 which comprises a main body 11 which holds heating medium particles inside, an intake hole 23 and an outlet hole 24 of front drive fiber bored on the aforesaid main body, an air supply system and an air emission system of heating gas which is connected with the main body 11, an attempt is made to install at least two suction holes 29 which are designed to absorbcatch heating medium particles in a holdup chamber 27 and the inlet 25 and outlet 26 of the front drive body fiber 3 or the particles which leaked out in the holdup chamber by way of a porous plate 34 having a finer ventilation hole than the size of the fine particles, near the intake hole 23 and sealing section 12 and 13 which comprises an air suction means 33 connected with the suction hole 29. The leakage of in-furnace heating medium particles 1 from the inlet and outlet holes 23 and 24 can be effectively sealed by means of a bridge 38 formed in the holdup chamber 27.

CONSTITUTION:Plate-setting-removing units 5 and 6 enabling the automatic setting and removal of plates to and from plate cylinders 3 and 4 corresponding thereto, and inking units 7 and 8 for inking waterless lithographic plates fastened round the plate cylinders 3 and 4 corresponding thereto, are fitted removably in positions behind the plate cylinders 3 and 4, respectively. The above-stated construction enables the replacement of the inking units 7 and 8 and the plate-setting-removing units 5 and 6 by other inking units and plate- setting-removing units, so as to enable the easy replacement of ink and plates and thereby to enable the rapid and easy alteration of printing.

The block 50 is set at the prescribed position of a block supplying and exhausting tray with both sides 51a and block tail side 51b as references, fed at the prescribed distance to a plate cylinder 3 side while relating to the rotation of the cylinder 3 by a block supplying and exhausting unit to engage the pin provided in the cylinder 3 with a block head hole (positioning hole) 50d, thereby mounting the block 50 on the cylinder 3. According to this construction, the block 50 can be accurately mounted at the prescribed position of the cylinder 3.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To smoothly insert a hollow yarn bundle in a case in a sanitary man ner without damaging the hollow yarn bundle. CONSTITUTION:A yarn bundle throttling mechanism 2 is constituted by inserting a thin plate 7 and a film 8 in an outer cylinder 12 in a rolled form and winding a wire 9 around the thin plate 7 and attaching the leading end of the rod of a cylinder 10 to the plate 11 fixed to one end of the wire 9. A hollow yarn 4 is charged in the film 8 whose diameter is increased by loosening the wire 9 of the yarn bundle throttling mechanism 2 and the rod of the cylinder 10 is pulled to throttle the wire 9 and the hollow yarn 4 is throttled from the periphery thereof along with the film 8. A case 5 is held by a case holder 6. The cylinder 3a constituting a yarn bundle pushing mechanism 3 extends its rod to insert the throttled hollow yarn bundle 4 in the case 5.
