Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a Momordica charantia beverage is provided to reduce the bitter taste of Momordica charantia and have excellent antioxidant activities, taste and high contents of phenolics. CONSTITUTION: Momordica charantia tea is manufactured by pulverizing, roasting at 160-220°C for 3-10 minutes and cooling down to 30-50°C. Roasting and cooling are repeated 3-5 times. One to three weight percent of Momordica charantia tea is added to 1000 weight percent of 100-110°C of hydrothermal and the essence is extracted for 30-45 minutes. The extract is filtered. One or more kinds of corn floss tea and solomon's-seal tea is additionally added to the Momordica charantia extract at a rate of 1-3 weight percent. After putting the Momordica charantia beverage into the beverage container, it is sterilized and packed. Momordica charantia is prepared by washing immature Momordica charantia which is 25-30 cm in length, removing moisture, cutting into 4-6 mm thickness, and drying at 45-55°C for 2-3 days. Momordica charantia is pulverized into 0.5-1 mm using a chopper. PURPOSE: A composite composition for sturgeon drink, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the improved functionality and palatability of the drink to eaters. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a composite composition for sturgeon drink comprises the following steps; mixing 40-60wt% of sturgeon hot water extract, 30-50wt% of medical herb hot water extract, 0.1-0.5wt% of lecithin, and 0.1-15wt% of functional additives; and filling the mixture into a packaging container before sterilizing and cooling. The medical herb hot water extract is obtained by ginseng, Angelica gigas, Platycodon grandiflorum, Polyporus umbellatus, Dioscorea batatas, Gastrodia elata, and other medical herbs. The functional additives include glutathione, yeast, chitosan oligosaccharide, and maltitol. PURPOSE: A producing method of a beverage containing a wild ginseng extract and acer mono max sap is provided to improve the storage property of the beverage without using a synthetic preservative. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a beverage containing a wild ginseng extract and acer mono max sap comprises the following steps: collecting the acer mono max sap; extracting wild ginseng with water for 4~8hours at 90~100deg C, and filtering to obtain the wild ginseng extract; mixing 94~99.6wt% of acer mono max sap, 0.3~3wt% of wild ginseng extract, and 0.1~3wt% of malitol; and adding 0.01~1wt% of grapefruit seed extract into the mixture.
