Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel feeding apparatus and a control method of gas-fueled vehicles are provided to achieve improved re-starting ability of vehicle by permitting the gaseous fuel remaining at the pipeline between the fuel pump and pressure regulator to be bypassed to the fuel tank and supplying only the liquid fuel to the combustion chamber during re-starting. CONSTITUTION: A fuel feeding apparatus comprises a bypass pipe(100) having both ends communicated to a return pipe(50); a temperature sensor(400) arranged at the bypass pipe, and which senses the temperature of the fuel flowing through the return pipe and outputs the detected temperature to an ECU(70); a bypass valve(200) including a plunger equipped with an open/shut member for opening/shutting the channel of the bypass pipe, a solenoid for opening the channel of the bypass pipe by moving the plunger, and a bypass spring arranged at the rear end of the plunger and which moves the plunger so as to shut the channel of the bypass pipe; and a check valve(300) arranged on the bypass pipe spaced apart from the bypass valve, and which prevents a back flow of the fuel being introduced into a fuel tank(30).

In addition, a solenoid valve for a bypass(155) and a driving pump(160) which are opened and closed by the control of the control unit are installed to the bypass line. The solenoid valves and the driving pump forcibly return charged fuel on the line to the fuel storing tank in stopping the engine.
