The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases or immunological rejection diseases containing coenzyme Q10 as an active ingredient. In particular, coenzyme Q10 of the present invention: inhibits or reduces activity of Th17; has excellent effects of promoting or increasing activity of a regulatory T cell (Treg); and thus can be used for a composition capable of preventing or treating inflammatory diseases or immunological rejection diseases such as transplant rejection diseases. Moreover, the composition of the present invention does not have cytotoxicity, toxicity with respect to medicines, and side effects and thus can be safely taken by a person for a long period of time. In addition, the composition is safe to a human body.

PURPOSE: A composition for suppressing after-cataract is provided to lower attack rate of after-cataract and to prevent loss of sight and secondary surgery due to after-cataract. CONSTITUTION: A composition for suppressing after-cataract contains a hydrophilic sulfasulazine, 1.4-2.0 %(v/v) of hyaluronic acid, and a carrier containing a solution. The hydrophilic sulfasulazine is PEGylated sulfasulazine. A method for manufacturing the composition comprises: a step of hydrophilically modifying sulfasulazine; a step of adding hyaluronic acid powder to the hydrophilically modified-sulfasulazine; and a step of mixing the hydrophilically modified-sulfasulazine and the hyaluronic acid powder at 33-42 deg. PURPOSE: A cell therapeutic composition containing a natural killer cell inhibitor and mesenchymal stem cells is provided to effectively suppress immune rejection responses, and to enhance a treatment effect. CONSTITUTION: A cell therapeutic composition for preventing or treating graft-versus-host diseases contains 2.5mg/kg-250mg/kg of a natural killer cell inhibitor and 2x10^5-2x10^7 mesenchymal stem cells as active ingredients. The mesenchymal stem cells are derived from human. The inhibitor is anti-asialo GM1. The composition contains is administered by intravenous or intradural injection.

본 발명은 면역질환을 효과적으로 예방 및 치료할 수 있는 바이구아나이드(biguanide) 유도체 화합물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바이구아나이드계 유도체 화합물은 염증성 사이토카인인 IL-17 및 TNF-α의 생성을 억제시키며, 면역조절 기능을 갖는 조절 T 세포의 활성을 증대시킬 뿐만 아니라, 면역질환 동물모델에 대해 우수한 치료 효과를 나타낸다. 따라서 각종 면역반응의 조절 이상으로 유발되는 자가면역질환, 염증성질환 및 이식거부질환과 같은 면역질환을 예방 또는 치료할 수 있는 약학적 조성물 또는 면역 억제제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
