PURPOSE: A manual transmission and an assembling method thereof are provided to improve quality by preventing spacer flow between a first level speed gear and a synchronizer-assembly. CONSTITUTION: A manual transmission places a spacer on the upper end of a first level speed gear(20). A hub and sleeve assembly(41) concavely forms a spacer flow prevention unit on a boss surface. A synchronizer-assembly is formed by assembling a synchronizer ring. The manual transmission mounts the synchronizer-assembly on the upper end of the spacer in order to insert the spacer into the spacer flow prevention unit. The first level speed gear and the synchronizer-assembly are separated from a jig. PURPOSE: A seat latch structure is provided to increase active force and reduce noise generated during the operation of a latch in a vehicle seat. CONSTITUTION: A seat latch structure comprises a base bracket(100), a claw(200), a pole(300), a first rotary shaft(410), and a second rotary shaft(420). The base bracket is installed in a vehicle car. The base bracket is formed with a first inserting hole(110) and a second inserting hole(120). The claw is formed with a first through-hole(210) corresponding to the first inserting hole. A hanging groove is formed on one side of the claw. The pole is formed with a second through-hole(310) corresponding to the second inserting hole. The pole is formed on one side of the claw. The first rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft are inserted into the first through-hole of the claw and the second through-hole of the pole, respectively.

PURPOSE: A lever unit of parking brake and a seat operating system in a seat rotation vehicle is provided to improve assembling performance and to reduce the weight by reducing the parts, and to improve the transfer efficiency of working stroke of an actuator. CONSTITUTION: A lever unit of parking brake in a seat rotation vehicle controls a ratchet by operating a stopper lever(30) through an actuator(20) to set and release a parking lever(10) of a seat rotation vehicle. The lever unit of parking brake is installed between the actuator and stopper lever and comprises a cable(40) having a core within. A seat operating system in a seat rotation vehicle comprises a switch positioned at the seventh thread of the ratchet tooth, a release switch connected with the switch in series and positioned at the predetermined location of the seat, an actuator connected with the switch and release switch in series, and a seat actuator connected to the actuator in parallel. The seat actuator is released just when the switch is on.

본 발명은 진동흡수용 엑셀케이블 부시에 관한 것으로, 엑셀페달(1)의 홀(2)에 끼워져 엑셀케이블(10)이 고정되는 플라스틱재의 부시(20) 있어서, 상기 엑셀페달(1)의 홀(2)에 결합되는 부시를 진동흡수 효과를 갖는 러버부시(40)로 형성한 것으로서, 엑셀케이블과 엑셀페달의 결합부에 사용되는 부시가 고무재질의 러버부시로 형성되어 자체의 진동흡수 효과가 뛰어나게 됨에 따라, 엑셀케이블로 전달된 진동을 효과적으로 흡수하여 엑셀페달에 전달되는 것을 방지하게 됨과 동시에 부품수 및 조립공수가 절감되어 Cost 및 생산성이 향상되는 등의 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 자동차의 오토파킹 자동해제장치의 안전장치에 대한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 오토트랜스미숀차량에 있어서 파킹위치에서 변속레버를 움직여 구동위치로 전환시켰을 경우 파킹상태가 바로 해제되지 않도록 한 자동차의 오토파킹 자동해제장치의 안전장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 종래의 일반 오토트랜스미숀차량에 적용되고 있는 자동파킹해제장치가 갖는 근본적인 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 운전자가 브레이크페달(BP)을 밟지 않은 상태에서 파킹레인지(P레인지)에 위치해 있는 선택레버를 다른 레인지(D레인지)로 이동시킬 경우 파킹상태가 그대로 계속 유지되도록 하고 브레이크페달(BP)을 밟아야만 비로서 파킹상태가 해제되도록 하는 안전장치를 제공함으로써 운전미숙이나 부주의에 의한 안전사고를 미연에 예방하고, 나아가 차량안전운행에도 커다란 도움을 주는 효과를 제공하게 되는 것이다.
