    Abstract: PURPOSE: Novel lactic acid bacteria, Lactobacillus salivarius, which suppress antibiotic resistant Staphylococcus and Salmonella isolated from poultry excreta is provided to prevent pathogens from being infected to humans through livestock or livestock food products, and to be used in various fields such as probiotics and health functional foods.
