Abstract: PURPOSE: A collision preventing system considering the mobility of an RFID tag and a method thereof are provided to improve a recognition rate by recognizing the RFID tag with an FSA(Framed Slotted ALOHA) method and recognizing RFID tags retrying more than reference times with an extra recognition method. CONSTITUTION: An RF transceiving unit(21) performs the wireless transceiving of an RF method with RFID tags(10). A recognition module(22a) transmits a recognition start command for recognizing an RFID tag in a recognition area of the RFID tags. The recognition module compares the number of collision times of the RFID tag receiving the command with a collision threshold in order to preferentially recognize an RFID tag higher than or the same as the collision threshold in a binary tree section.
