Three kinds of novel materials isolated from Rubus coreanum Miquel wine is provided to detect various physiological activity and be used as a lead compound of food and medicinal and pharmaceutical agent. Three kinds of novel material isolated from Rubus coreanum Miquel wine comprises a rubuate A, rubuate B, and rububenzoside. The rubuate A is obtained by solvent fraction and normal phase column. The rubuate B is obtained by solvent fraction to produce ethylacetate fraction, column chromatography of silica gel and sephadex LH-20 and reverse phase HPLC(high performance liquid chromatography) The rububenzoside is obtained by solvent fraction to produce butanol fraction, column chromatography of amberlite XAD-2, sepadex LH-20 and ODS and reverse phase HPLC.

A method for diagnosing the recovery state of an acute myeloid leukemia patient is provided to obtain useful information efficiently and economically regarding the recovery state of the patient through simple measurement of PF4 concentration in serum instead of measuring platelet count. A method for measuring PF4 concentration as a CR(complete remission) marker in serum of an acute myeloid leukemia patient comprises a step of measuring a signal strength of at least one protein peak of m/z 7764.8(or 7764.98), m/z 7836.63, m/z 7923.00 and m/z 8141.13 from the serum of the acute myeloid leukemia patient using mass spectrograph or measuring protein concentration from the serum using ELISA.

An error reduction apparatus and a method thereof during an optical detection using a film are provided to remove cause of a detection error using the film during the optical detection. An error reduction apparatus during an optical detection using a film(7) includes a light emitting diode arrangement(4), a light receiving diode arrangement(6), the film, a film supply(1), a motor(8), and a guide(5). The light emitting diode arrangement and the light receiving diode arrangement perform optical detection for measuring weight of a subject. The film is used to protect the light emitting diode arrangement and the light receiving diode arrangement. The film supply feeds a new film for removing fragments separated from the subject continuously during the optical detection powered by the motor. The guide allows the film supply to feeds the film smoothly.

PURPOSE: An amphiphilic gallor derivative is provided to actively inhibit the oxidation of LDL which is the cause of senile arteriosclerosis by a basic structure having a gallol structure which is a strong antioxidant active side and a long hydrocarbon side chain in the same molecule, thereby preventing diseases and providing curative power. CONSTITUTION: An amphiphilic gallol derivative is a 1,2,3-trihydroxy-4-alkylbenzene derivative including the last compound of the drawing. In the drawing, R is C_nH_(2n+1). A manufacturing method of the amphiphilic gallol derivative comprises: a step lithium ionizing 1,2,3-trimethoxybenzene; a step alkylating the 1,2,3- trimethoxybenzene; a step obtaining 1,2,3-trimethoxy-4-alkylbenzene derivative the alkylation; a step demethoxylating the 1,2,3-trimethoxy-4-alkylbenzene; and a step obtaining the amphiphilic gallol derivative by the demethoxylation.
