본 발명은 갈롤 (gallol, pyrogallol) 유도체에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 갈롤을 기본 골격으로 유지하면서 그 갈롤의 4위에 다양한 길이의 측쇄탄화수소를 결합시킴으로써 양친매성을 갖도록 하여 저자극성이고 세포막 내에서 우수한 항산화활성을 갖는 양친매성 갈롤 유도체, 상기 유도체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 항산화 및 지질과산화억제에 유효한 약학조성물 및 건강기능성식품에 대한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A composition containing herb extract for preventing or treating infection of fish pathogenic microorganism is provided to ensure immunity against fish diseases without antibiotics. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating fish pathogenic microorganism contains herb extract of green tea, Caryophylli Flos, Artemisiae capillaris Herba, or mixture extract thereof as an active ingredient. The herb extract is isolated using hot water or alcohol. The fish pathogenic microorganism is Streptococcus Iniae, Aeromonas hydrophila, Aeromonas sobria, Edwardsiella tarda, Vibrio paraheamolyticus, Vibrio cholerea, Vibrio vulnificus, Clostridum botulinum, or Iridovirus.

PURPOSE: A nonallergenic urushiol derivative is provided to maintain a structural basic skeleton of amphiphilic urushiol having a catechol structure that is a strong antioxidation active site and an oil soluble long side chain in the same molecule. CONSTITUTION: A nonallergenic urushiol derivative is a catechol type urushiol derivative represented by chemical formula 1. A veratro urushiol derivative is used in synthesis of the nonallergenic urushiol derivative and has a structure represented by chemical formula 2. In chemical formulas, R is CnH2n+1, wherein n is 6-9 or 16-19 chain type saturated hydrocarbon.
Abstract:
A method for preparing veratrol type and catechol type urushiol derivatives, and the their uses are provided to obtain an excellent antioxidizing activity. The veratrol type and catechol type urushiol derivatives prepared do not induce allergy with maintaining the structural basic frame of urushiol. Preferably the urushiol derivatives have a side chain comprising a saturated hydrocarbon.

PURPOSE: An amphiphilic gallor derivative is provided to actively inhibit the oxidation of LDL which is the cause of senile arteriosclerosis by a basic structure having a gallol structure which is a strong antioxidant active side and a long hydrocarbon side chain in the same molecule, thereby preventing diseases and providing curative power. CONSTITUTION: An amphiphilic gallol derivative is a 1,2,3-trihydroxy-4-alkylbenzene derivative including the last compound of the drawing. In the drawing, R is C_nH_(2n+1). A manufacturing method of the amphiphilic gallol derivative comprises: a step lithium ionizing 1,2,3-trimethoxybenzene; a step alkylating the 1,2,3- trimethoxybenzene; a step obtaining 1,2,3-trimethoxy-4-alkylbenzene derivative the alkylation; a step demethoxylating the 1,2,3-trimethoxy-4-alkylbenzene; and a step obtaining the amphiphilic gallol derivative by the demethoxylation.

CONSTITUTION: A method for purifying arbutin of high purity using Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai cv. pericarp comprises: a step of uniformly mixing Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai cv. pricarp and alcohol and placing in the dark for 2- hours; a step of filtering and concentrating; a step of suspending the concentrate with distilled water and removing oil ingredients; and a step of concentrating a water layer of solvent fraction and purifying the water layer.
