Abstract:
PURPOSE: Ploysiloxane is provided to be able to maintain a high transparency, a low haze and an excellent impact strength even in a high temperature molding condition when forming a copolymer with polycarbonate, polyurethane or polyester. CONSTITUTION: Polysiloxane is represented by Chemical formula 1, wherein R^1, R^2, R^3 and R^4 are, respectively, substituted or non-substituted C1-C10 alkyl, or substituted or non-substituted C6-C18 aryl, R" is C4-C20 aliphatic or cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon, the carbon positioned in the second position from the hydroxyl is substituted with alkyl or cycloalkyl, and n is an integer of 30-90. A manufacturing method of the polysiloxane comprises a step of reacting an end hydrogen siloxane and an aliphatic hydroxyl derivative represented by Chemical formula 2.

PURPOSE: Polycarbonate-polysiloxane copolymer is provided to give excellent low temperature impact strength with maintenance of high transparency and low haze, and to have an excellent physical property balance with high reaction participating rate. CONSTITUTION: Polycarbonate-polysiloxane copolymer contains polysiloxane unit represented by chemical formula 1 shown below. In chemical formula 1, R^1, R^2, R^3, and R^4 are independently substituted or non-substituted C1-C10 alkyl group, substituted or non-substituted C6-C18 aryl group, C1-C10 alkyl group substituted with halogen or C1-C10 alkoxyl group, and C6-C18 aryl group substituted with halogen or C1-C10 alkoxy group, respectively. R^5 and R^6 are C3-C8 alkylene group, respectively. The n is an integer of 20-100.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A phosphorus compound with a new structure is provided to hydrolysis resistance and heat resistance at high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A phosphorus compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the phosphorus compound of chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of reacting phosphorus oxychloride and a compound of chemical formula 2; and a step of reacting the product with biphenol. A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition contains 100 parts by weight of thermoplastic resin and 0.1-50 parts by weight of the phosphorus compound.

PURPOSE: A polycarbonate resin is provided to ensure excellent mechanical properties such as impact resistance as well as chemical resistance compared with general polycarbonates. CONSTITUTION: A polycarbonate resin includes an aromatic dihydroxy compound represented by chemical formula 1 and a biphenyl compound represented by chemical formula 2 as a repeating unit. The polycarbonate resin comprises silicone monool at the terminal of a chain. In chemical formulas, R1 and R2 respectively halogen element or hydrogen and C1-8 alkyl group; a and b are an integer of 0-4; and Z represents C1-8 alkylene group, C2-8 alkylene group, C5-15 cycloalkylene group, -S-, -SO-, SO2-, -O-, and -CO-.
