Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided is a detection method of bisphenol-A among foods or foods packing material which shows selective and superior sensitivity for gas chromatography(GC) or GC/mass spectrometer so that it provides optimal analysis condition for the GC/mass spectrometer. CONSTITUTION: The detection method of bisphenol-A among the foods or the foods packing material comprises the steps of: (i) extracting bisphenol-A from the foods or the foods packing material in organic solvent and treating in sodium hydroxide; (ii) reacting with 100-1400μl of anhydrous acetic acid at 25-100deg.C for 5-20 minutes to produce derivatives of bisphenol-A; and (iii) analyzing concentration of bisphenol-A at the GC or the GC/mass spectrometer.

본 발명은 B형 간염 바이러스 (HBV)의 표면항원 프리-S1 (pre-S1)에 결합하는 단일클론항체, 이를 생산하는 하이브리도마 세포주 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은 HBV 표면항원 프리-S1 의 21-28번 아미노산을 포함하는 에피토프를 특이적으로 인식하는 생쥐 단일클론항체에 관한 것으로서, 이는 여러 아형 및 변이 HBV 를 중화시킬 수 있어 HBV 감염을 예방하고 치료하는데 널리 사용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition and a health supplement for liver function improvement containing a compound isolated from youngia denticulata as an active ingredient are provided to increase activity of detoxification enzyme of liver including Quinone reductase and Antioxidant response element. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition and a health supplement for liver function improvement containing a compound isolated from youngia denticulata as an active ingredient comprises a compound which is represented by chemical formula 3,4, or 5 as active ingredients. The compound of chemical formula 3,4, or 5 is Youngiaside A, Youngiaside B, and Youngiaside C. A health supplement composition for liver function improvement comprises compound of the chemical formulas of 3,4, or 5. The compound of chemical formula 3, 4, or 5 detoxifies carcinogenic materials by multiplying activity of quinone reductase. The compound of chemical formula 3, 4, or 5 also detoxifies carcinogenic materials by multiplying activity of the oxygen-resistant response factor(ARE) which induces activity of 2 phase detoxifying enzyme system.

PURPOSE: A composition containing Youngia denticulate extract or compound isolated from the same are provided to induce activation of quinone reductase(QR) and to improve liver function. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing cancer contains Youngia denticulate extract as an active ingredient, which is isolated using water, organic solvent or mixture solvent thereof. An organic solvent is alcohol of C1-C4, acetic acid ethyl, methylene chloride, or chloroform. The Youngia denticulate extract detoxifies carcinogen by enhancing quinone reductase activation. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing cancer contains Youngia denticulate fraction as an active ingredient. The Youngia denticulate fraction is obtained by frequently fractioning Youngia denticulate extract using n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and n-butanol. The pharmaceutical composition for preventing cancer contains a compound of chemical formula 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 as an active ingredient.
