PURPOSE: A washing system for edible root vegetables is provided to automatically wash and peel the edible root vegetables for improving productivity. CONSTITUTION: A washing system for edible root vegetables comprises the following: a transfer unit(120) installed on a frame(110) for mounting the edible root vegetables on one side and transferring the edible root vegetables to the other side; a washing/peeling unit(130) for washing and peeling the edible root vegetables; a sterilizing unit(150) for sterilizing the edible root vegetables; a sterilizing liquid storage container(155) supplying sterilizing liquid to a sterilizing liquid inlet pipe, and collecting the sterilizing liquid sprayed from a second nozzle; a dehydration unit(160) for dehydrating the sterilized vegetables; and a water purifying unit(170) purifying filtered water from a collecting container, and supplying the water to the washing/peeling unit.

PURPOSE: A roaster for removing smoke and smell is provided to reduce smell, smoke and heating source dust. CONSTITUTION: A suction tube(144) has open top and has a plurality of inlets(120) inhaling the air at the upper end. A main body(110) is arranged lower than the inlet and has a roasting plate supporting member in which the roasting plate is mounted. A fuel housing is installed within the main lower than the roasting plate supporting member to be filled with fuel. A filter part is combined with a suction tube and a transfer pipe.

PURPOSE: A dehydrated and dried ginger product using ginger dehydration liquid, and a producing method thereof are provided to obtain a seasoning containing the dehydrated and dried ginger product. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a dehydrated and dried ginger product using ginger dehydration liquid comprises the following steps: inserting 30~80% of ginger dehydration liquid to ginger slices with the size of 1~5mm for the total amount of the ginger slices; rotating the mixture for 2~10hours in the speed of 2~5rpm for dehydrating the mixture, and drying; and centrifugal separating the mixture for 3~7minutes for separating the ginger dehydration liquid.

PURPOSE: A producing method of bottled fig is provided to improve the storage property of figs by processing the figs into a bottled product, and to promote the consumption of the figs. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of bottled fig comprises the following: filling a bottle with figs after removing the rind, and degassing; filling the bottle with syrup, and sealing the bottle; and sterilizing and freezing the sealed bottle. The syrup contains the following: 20~30wt% of sugar selected from the group consisting of sugar, glucose, fructose, and others; 0.05~0.2wt% of acid selected from the group consisting citric acid, lactic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, and succinic acid; 0.1~0.3wt% of sodium citrate; 0.05~0.2wt% of vitamin C; and the balance of purified water.

CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an antibacterial panel using photocatalyst is as follows. The surface of a panel is coated with antibacterial paint and is dried. The antibacterial paint is coated with photocatalyst and is dried. The antibacterial paint is composed of designated thinner 10~20 weight%, silver zeolite 0.5~1 weight%, and nano-silver 0.2~0.5 weight% on the basis of acrylic resin solids 100 weight%.

A device for providing clean air including aqua anion is provided to improve the efficiency of breaking the water particles sprayed from the spraying nozzle by spraying water particles in the upper direction. The device for providing clean air including aqua anion includes a housing(38), a sterilizing portion(31), a spraying nozzle(40), a breaking portion(42), a vapor-liquid separating portion(43), and a dust collecting portion(44). A suction(32) having a suction fan(30) is formed at the lower part of the housing, and an air vent(36) having an exhaust fan(34) is formed at the upper part of the housing. The sterilizing portion(31) installed at the side of the suction decomposes and sterilizes harmful gases. The spraying nozzle(40) sprays the water from the lower part to the upper part of the housing.

CONSTITUTION: In the portable dual purpose system for precooling an predrying agricultural products to maintain freshness thereof, it contains individually a precooling and predrying unit(100) and a condensing unit(200) which are connected each other by a flexible linking pipe(300). Wherein, the precooling and predrying unit(100) selectively generates cold or hot air; refrigerants circulate between the precooling and predrying unit(100) and the condensing unit(200) through the flexible linking pipe(300); and the flexible linking pipe(300) is capable of being attached to and detached from the precooling and predrying unit(100) and the condensing unit(200).
