PURPOSE: A multiple clock synchronizing method and apparatus thereof are provided to synchronize the clock of a high layer in a multiple clock communication environment which uses heterogeneous clock. CONSTITUTION: A lower layer of a terminal performs synchronization with a lower layer of the other terminal(410). The lower layer of the terminal transmits the synchronizing signal with the higher layer of the terminal. The higher layer of the terminal stores synchronization information(420). The higher layer of the terminal receives the synchronization information from the other terminal. The higher layer of the terminal compares the received synchronization information with the stored synchronization information.

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for generating a data frame, a method and an apparatus for transmitting/receiving a data frame in a wireless communication system are provided to reduce the amount of payload by supplying a data frame to firstly decode a header including segment information. CONSTITUTION: In a method and an apparatus for generating a data frame, a method and an apparatus for transmitting/receiving a data frame in a wireless communication system, a data frame comprises a FL PHY header(201), a VL PHY header(203), a ATIF(205), an HCSs(207,213), a RS parities(209,215), and a MAC header(211). 5 FL PHY headers is firstly allocated to the data frame, and then VL PHY header and the ATI are allocated to a data frame sequentially. The HCS including an error detection code is allocated to the data frame, and then RS parity including the error correction code is allocated to the data frame. The HCS and the RS parity are allocated to the data frame.

A TPC(Transmission Power Control) device and a method for the same are provided to make it possible to efficiently reduce transmission and reception power consumption due to slow update of an existing target SIR(Signal to Interference Ratio), and to prevent a CRC(Cyclic Redundancy Check) error caused by the untimely change of the target SIR. A TPC device comprises an SIR measuring unit, a target SIR setting unit(310), an SIR margin setting unit(340), an SIR comparison and TPC command information generating unit(330), and a TPC unit(300). The SIR measuring unit measures an estimated SIR, which is the ratio of the power of a reception signal to an interference power through an averaging process, compensates the measured estimated SIR according to a state of a receiving channel, and outputs the compensated estimated SIR. The target SIR setting unit(310) sets a target SIR using the reception signal. The SIR margin setting unit(340) receives the measured estimated SIR, recognizes a state of the receiving channel, then sets an SIR margin and outputs the set SIR margin to the SIR measuring unit. The SIR comparison and TPC command information generating unit(330) compares the compensated estimated SIR with the target SIR, and then generates TPC command information according to an SIR error value of the compensated estimated SIR with respect to the target SIR, and outputs the TPC command information. The TPC unit(300) adjusts a transmission power level using the SIR margin output from the SIR margin setting unit.

An apparatus for the communication between processors within a system on chip system having a multi-processor and a method therefor are provided to transmit the massive data at high speed by making an interrupt generating unit produce an interrupt for informing of the preparation and completion of data transmission. Based on control information stored in an origin controller(302) and a destination controller(306), a data transmitter(303) transmits data from a memory of an origin processor to a memory of a destination processor. An interrupt generating unit(305) produces an interrupt for informing the destination processor of the completion of preparation of data transmission, and then produces an interrupt for informing the origin processor and destination processor of the completion of data transmission.

A method and an apparatus for providing ultra power-saving mode in a mobile terminal are provided to minimize the power consumption of a mobile terminal by providing ultra power-saving mode to inactivate the call function according to a user's intention. If the user of a mobile terminal selects ultra power-saving mode(303), the control part of the mobile terminal inactivates the call function(305). Then the control part extracts "k", a DRX(Discontinuous Reception) cycle length coefficient(307). Also the control part determines "Ni", a class specific DRX cycle length coefficient depending on a preappointed value(309). The control part replaces k1 with Ni in order to modify a paging response cycle(311). The control part periodically responds to paging signals according to Ni(313).
