PURPOSE: A system and a method for processing a test of railroad parts using the Internet are provided to receive an application for the test for the railroad parts, to manage and offer the test status and the test related information while progressing the requested test, and to offer a test result report to a requestor after finishing the test. CONSTITUTION: An Internet user terminal(20) requests the test for the part related to the railroad through the Internet(10), inquires the test information for the part, and receives the test result. A test processing system(30) requests the test certification by collecting the test result, and provides the test result report to the Internet user terminal(20) by receiving the test certification information for the test. An intranet user terminal(50) includes a test certification center terminal(52) providing the test certification information to the test processing system(30).

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of cameras(110) monitors stations through an image of the station in real time. A window splitter(120) divides the image which taken by the cameras. A message generator(130) generates a text related to the image and the emergency situation of the station. A compressing unit compresses the text. A signal converter(150) changes the text transmitted from the compressing unit into a digital signal.

PURPOSE: An aramid strip structure reinforcing method and a structure reinforcing member of an aramid strip, which prevents the deterioration of an aramid fibrous layer by a degradation prevention layer, are provided to improve earthquake resistance by using a PC steel wire. CONSTITUTION: An aramid strip structure reinforcing method is as follows. A plurality of steel wires(10) is wrapped with a plurality of aramid fibers. A resin bath(30) penetrates through a gap between the aramid fiber and the steel wire. The steel wire and aramid fiber are pressurized into the interval of guide plates in order to form a steel wire-embedded aramid fiber layer(40).

PURPOSE: An auto selector of multi transceivers and a method for selectively operating multi transceivers are provided to measure receiving sensitivity of wireless transceivers in the front and rear sides of a train to turn off power of a wireless transceiver with low receiving sensitivity, thereby avoiding an unnecessary signal interference between the wireless transceivers. CONSTITUTION: The first and second wireless transceivers transfer a wireless signal received from a ground wireless transceiver to a selection controller(S200). A receive sensitivity analyzing module of the selection controller compares receive sensitivities of the first and the second wireless transceivers(S201). A power control module turns off power of the wireless transceiver with low receive sensitivity between the first and second wireless transceivers(S202).

A polarity of a plurality of magnets is randomly arranged in the random section. A plurality of magnets is installed according to the reference line of the road in the pattern section. A polarity of a plurality of magnets is arranged in the pattern section with a fixed pattern. A plurality of magnetic detectors(51) is installed in a bottom part of an auto guide vehicle(50). A plurality of magnetic detectors detects a magnetic field of a plurality of magnets installed according to the reference line of the road.
