Abstract: 본 발명은 통합형 비엠에스 및 디씨/디씨 컨버터에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 기존의 비엠에스 하드웨어에서 기존의 디씨/디씨 컨버터와 중복되는 마이크로프로세서 및 캔 트랜시버 등을 디씨/디씨 컨버터에 통합함으로써, 체적 및 중량을 감소시키고, 마이크로 프로세서의 동작주파수를 크게하여 배터리의 전압, 전류 및 온도의 측정신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 통합형 비엠에스 및 디씨/디씨 컨버터에 관한 것이다.
이를 위해, 본 발명은 배터리의 전압, 전류 및 온도를 감지하는 배터리정보 감지부와; 상기 배터리정보 감지부로부터 감지신호를 입력받아 모터제어유닛과 캔통신으로 정보를 교환하고, 배터리를 연결하는 릴레이 및 프리차지 릴레이를 온/오프 제어하는 마이크로프로세서와; 상기 마이크로프로세서의 제어신호를 입력받아 모터제어유닛에 전원을 공급하는 프리차징 및 단로기 제어부;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 통합형 비엠에스 및 디씨/디씨 컨버터를 제공한다.

Abstract: A united BMS(Battery Management System) and DC/DC converter is provided to reduce a volume and a weight and to improve efficiency by integrating an overlapped part of a BMS and a DC/DC converter. A united BMS and DC/DC converter includes a battery information sensing unit, a microprocessor(10), a pre-charging and disconnecting switch control unit(18). The battery information sensing unit senses voltage, current, and temperature of a battery. The microprocessor receives a sense signal from the battery information sensing unit, exchanges information with a motor control unit through a CAN(Controller Area Network), and controls on and off of a precharge relay and a relay connecting the battery. The pre-charging and disconnecting switch control unit receives a control signal from the microprocessor and supplies power to the motor control unit.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A night vision device for a vehicle is provided to enable a driver to safely drive the vehicle at night by automatically controlling the position of an infrared camera when the vehicle shakes or rotates. CONSTITUTION: An infrared camera(10) is movably installed at the front part of a vehicle. A light emitting assembly(20) includes a base plate installed in the vehicle, light emission sensors(21) installed at the base plate, spring members(25) mounted radially at the base plate, and a support bar connected to the spring members and a vehicle body(27) and supporting the base plate. Light receiving sensors(30) detect a light emitted from the light emitting sensors. Cylinder members(40) change the position of the infrared camera. A control unit(50) receives a sensing signal from the light receiving sensors, and controls the cylinder members to move the infrared camera when the vehicle is inclined. A display unit(60) displays the sensing signal of the infrared camera.
