Abstract: 본 발명은 내열 주파수 저감형 다이나믹 댐퍼에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 천연고무(NR), 스티렌-부타디엔고무(SBR), 이소프로필 부틸고무(IIR), 가교제, 활성제, 노화방지제 및 충진제 등을 포함하는 다이나믹 댐퍼용 고무재료에 있어서, 상기 내열성이 우수한 페닐계와 폴리이미드계 노화방지제를 사용함으로써, 주파수 변화율을 낮추고 내열 후 경도 및 영구압축줄음율을 현저하게 향상시키며, 또한 손실계수를 향상시켜 기존에 사용해 왔던 천연고무보다 진동절연성 및 내열 주파수 변화율이 적은 최적의 고무 블렌드 배합을 갖는 내열 주파수 저감형 다이나믹 댐퍼에 관한 것이다.
이를 위해, 본 발명은 천연고무 및 스티렌-부타디엔의 고무블렌드 또는 천연고무 및 이소프로필 부틸고무의 고무블렌드 100 중량부, 노화방지제 1 ~ 3 중량부, 가황촉진제 0.5 ~ 3 중량부, 가교조제 1 ~ 3 중량부, 카본블랙 HAF 20 ~ 50 중량부, 황 0.1 ~ 3 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열 주파수 저감형 다이나믹 댐퍼를 제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A vehicle air filter is provided to simply mount a filter into a blower unit without separating a glove box from a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle air filter includes first and second frames(A,B), and a compression filter(6) inserted between the first and second frames. The first and second frames are coupled with each other by a spring(4) not to be separated from each other during operation. The spring serves to expand the filter after the air filter is mounted to a blower unit. The first and second frames are coupled each other at both ends. As the holing part lever is released from the holding part of the main lever by pulling a knob(2) of the main lever outwardly, the first and second frames are separated from each other by the elasticity of the spring and the compression filter.

Shifting is performed efficiently, and the endurance is improved with synchronizing securely. Convenience is improved with operating a shift button simply.
