Abstract: 본 발명에 따른 배터리 전압 측정 회로는, 고전압 배터리와, 전압 측정 회로, 그리고 AD 변환부를 포함하여 구성되는 하이브리드 자동차 또는 전기 자동차의 배터리 제어기에 있어서, 상기 전압 측정 회로는, 상기 고전압 배터리의 셀 전압을 측정하기 위해, 전원 공급부의 전원을 독립적으로 사용하고, 상기 전원 공급부는, 상기 전압 측정 회로에 포함된 포토모스 릴레이(Photomos Relay)의 정 접속 또는 역 접속시, 차동 증폭기의 전원을 +, -로 공급하게 되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 그리고, 본 발명에 따르면, 48 채널을 이용하여 고전압 배터리의 셀 전압을 측정하되, 제어 및 측정용 씨피유(CPU)를 1 개만 사용할 수 있게 되고, 또한 포토모스 릴레이(RLY1 내지 RLY25)를 48 채널 보다 1 개 더 많은 49 개만큼만 사용할 수 있게 되므로, 배터리 제어기(BMS)의 재료비를 크게 절감시킬 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.
