    Abstract: Preparation of graft copolymers of at least one graft base (A), which exhibits a glass transition temperature of less than 0[deg]C and obtained from: (a1) butadiene and/or at least one acrylic acid monomer, monomers (a2), which are copolymerizable with (a1), crosslinking monomers (a3) and polymerization auxiliary materials (a4); and at least one grafting layer (B) with a glass transition temperature of greater than 30[deg]C, comprises emulsion polymerization of (a1-a4) and followed by grafting (B), where (A) is least polymerized at 20[deg]C. Preparation of graft copolymers of at least one graft base (A), which exhibits a glass transition temperature of less than 0[deg]C, a particle size of 30-2000 nm and obtained from: (a1) 40-100 wt.% of butadiene and/or at least one acrylic acid monomer of formula (CH2=C(O)OR), in which the alcohol component (R) exhibits 1-20C atoms, 0-50 wt.% of monomers (a2), which are copolymerizable with (a1), 0-5 wt.% of crosslinking monomers (a3) and 0-5 wt.% of polymerization auxiliary materials (a4); and at least one grafting layer (B) with a glass transition temperature of greater than 30[deg]C, comprises emulsion polymerization of (a1-a4) and followed by grafting (B), where (A) is least polymerized at 20[deg]C. Independent claims are included for: (1) graft copolymer, obtained by the above process; (2) thermoplastic molding material, comprising 4-90 wt.% of graft copolymer, 10-96 wt.% of at least one polymer from thermoplastic polymers or copolymers of polystyrene acryl nitriles, 4'-(9-acridinylamino)-methanesulfon-m-anisidide (AMSA), polyvinyl chloride, polyamide, polyesters, polymethacrylic acid ester, polymers of aromatic vinylmonomers or copolymers of styrene and methyl styrene, polyolefins, polycarbonates, polyethers, polyepoxides, diagonally crosslinked polyurethane, phenolic plastics and polyimides, 0-50 wt.% of fiber and/or particle forming fillers and 0-10 wt.% of further additives; and (3) molded article, foam, semi-finished material and foils, made of thermoplastic molding material.
