Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a palatable and healthy partially frozen drink, capable of shortening time for a customer to wait because of taking less labor and time compared to those in a conventional one, capable of giving the drink a sherbet-like fluid palatable feeling without making it watery, and capable of making the drink good for the health of the customer. SOLUTION: This method for producing a palatable and healthy partially frozen drink comprises the following steps; measuring frozen fruit and vegetable materials using a measuring spoon or the like according to order, and charging a mixer with the measured materials, as necessary, medicinal auxiliary food materials, discharging the desired liquid food materials through a nozzle of a food material discharging part, and thereafter charging the mixer with the discharged food materials followed by putting the mixer of the mixing part of a food manufacturing apparatus, connecting a clutch thereto and rotating the stirring wings in the mixer to crush and stir the food materials, and then, taking the completed foods out of the mixer using a spatula or the like.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product producing device for crushing and mixing foodstuffs which are hard due to complete freezing, and also bulky. SOLUTION: The food product producing device 1 has a body portion 6 into which a cold storage portion 2, a mixing portion 3, and a washing portion 5 are all integrated. Turning on a switch rotates a motor 35 to rotate a stiring blade through a clutch for crushing and mixing foodstuffs in a mixing container 31. Nevertheless, even if the switch is turned on, the motor 35 provides no prompt continuous operation but an initial intermittent operation, which can advance crushing and mixing without digging of the stiring blade into the foodstuffs and escaping of frozen fruits and vegetables form the blade, and thus can produce the food products in a state of sharbet or juice.

SOLUTION: This food product producing device 1 includes a body portion 6 into which a cold storage portion 2, a mixing portion 3, and a washing portion 5 are all integrated. In the device of this invention, foodstuffs kept refregerated in the cold storage portion can be mixed in the mixing portion, to facilitate the making of semifrozen food products such as juice or sharbet. The washing portion for washing equipments facilitates the washing of a dirty equipment. The device of the invention provides prompt producing of various kinds of juices or semifrozen food products.

SOLUTION: A thermoelectric module 7 is built in a manifold body 17 fitted with a stator 8. The manifold body 17 comprises a heating side manifold 2 and a cooling side manifold 3 arranged, respectively, with a heating side stirring member 5 and a cooling side stirring member 6. Fluid enters a second cavity directly from the opening 8 of a rotor 16 through a linear passage.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manifold incorporating a thermoelectric module having Peltier effect and excellent in heat exchanging effect by limiting the movement of a stirring member in the cavity thereby ensuring an air gap where a heat carrier exists between the blade part of the stirring member and the heat transfer surface of the thermoelectric module. SOLUTION: A thermoelectric module 7 is built in a manifold body 17 fitted with a stator 17. The manifold body 17 comprises a heating side manifold 2 and a cooling side manifold 3 arranged, respectively, with a heating side stirring member 5 and a cooling side stirring member 6. Shafts 12, 23 are inserted into bearing members 15f, 25f of the stirring members 5, 6. Stop parts 28, 32 are caulked to the forward end of the shaft 12. The stirring members 5, 6 are held between shaft supporting parts 11a, 22a and the stop parts 28, 32 and they are rotatable but locked integrally in the axial direction.

SOLUTION: A refrigerator using a manifold with a built-in electric heating module comprises a cooling side shell 2, a heating side shell 3, a cooling side agitation member 5, a heating side agitation member 6, thermoelectric module 7, and a motor section 8. Because heat transfer surfaces 50 and 51 of the thermoelectric module 7 are disposed of in a vertical direction, air rises along the heat transfer surfaces 50 and 51 and is discharged from exhaust ports 22 and 43 provided on the upper part of a manifold 1. A permanent magnet 33 of the cooling side agitation member 5 and that of the heating side agitation member 6 are installed, so that the cooling side agitation member 5 is rotated by receiving a power transmitted from the heating side agitation member 6.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a food preserving condition of a freezing refrigerator having a freezing chamber and a refrigerating chamber by elevating a humidity of the refrigerating chamber while elevating a cold-air blow-off temperature of the refrigerator. SOLUTION: A freezing refrigerator comprises a refrigerating cycle for refrigerating, a refrigerating cycle for freezing, and switching means which switches these two cycles, wherein the refrigerating cycle for refrigerating is formed by connecting a compressor 27, a condenser 28, a first throttling device 29, an evaporator 25 for refrigerating, a second throttling device 30, and an evaporator 22 for freezing in series, while the refrigerating cycle for freezing is formed by connecting the compressor 27, the condenser 28, a third throttling device 31, and the evaporator 22 in series. Due to such a construction, during a freezing chamber refrigerating operation, the refrigerating is carried out using the refrigerating cycle for freezing so as to refrigerate at a low evaporating temperature, while during the refrigerating chamber refrigerating operation, the refrigerating is carried out using the refrigerating cycle for refrigerating so as to operate at a high evaporating temperature so that a blow-off cold-air temperature is elevated and a humidity in the refrigerating chamber is held high even if an amount of food accommodated in the refrigerating chamber is small.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a cold-heat storage type thermal insulation container which can be used as a frozen and refrigerated storage container not only for transportation equipment but also for a cold-storage at a site by controlling the amount of cold air. CONSTITUTION:Heat exchange between a cold-heat storage chamber 17 and a cold-keeping compartment 5 is limited to a very little amount and an inlet port 6 and an outlet port 7 are provided at lower positions of a thermal insulation container main body 1. Therefore, cooled air is prevented from flowing into the thermal insulation compartment 5 by natural convection, so that with the inside of the thermal insulation compartment kept at the set temperature, thermal insulation is possible even during cold-heat storing operation.
