Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the corrosion of the end face of an outer plate even when moisture in atmosphere invades through a gap between the outer plate and a frame member by a method wherein only the end face of the outer plate is coated with thermoplastic resin having rust proof effect after cutting the outer plate from a raw fabric to a predetermined size. CONSTITUTION:An outer plate 2 is cut to a predetermined size from a raw fabric and only the end face 11 thereof is heated by a heating roller 16 to coat the end face with thermoplastic resin 17 having rust proof effect through fusion welding by contacting it. The end face 11 and the vicinity thereof of the outer plate 18 is coated with the thermoplastic resin 17 through fusion welding and the outer plate 18 is incorporated into a frame member 5 and an inner plate 3 to make a heat insulating door 1 while a sealed space 4 is filled with foamed insulating material 19. When the end face 11 of the outer plate 2 is coated with the thermoplastic resin 17, such as EVA or the like which is provided with rust proof effect, by fusion welding through contact, the exposed surface 20 of an iron sheet 10 at the end face 11, the deteriorated part 21 of adhesion of coating 6 on the surface or the adhesion of a film and the deteriorated part 22 of adhesion of coating on the rear side are not contacted with moisture 12 when the moisture 12 in atmosphere has invaded through a gap 13 between the outer plate 2 and the frame member 5 due to cooling operation, whereby the corrosion of the end face 11 of the outer plate 2 may be prevented.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the processes and time in manufacturing heat insulated doors by applying the hot spray of thermally plastic resin to the edge of the outer panel and proximity thereof after setting a masking material by using a jig, and, after installing the inner panel and frame members, filling the closed space with foam heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:The outer panel 2, cut from the roll sheet 11 in a specified size, is held in place with a jig 15 by its edge 12, and the edge 12 and its proximity are covered with thermally plastic resin 16 in such a manner that thermally plastic resin 16 is hot sprayed thereto. After covering the edge 12 and its proximity of the outer panel 2 of the heat insulated door 1 and installing the frame member 4 and the inner plate 3, foam heat insulating material 6 is filled in the closed space 5. In order to apply the corrosion-resistant material only to the edge 12 and the proximity of the outer panel 2 of the heat insulated door 1, it is held in place with a jig 15 for masking purpose, and then, the hot spray of thermally plastic resin 16 is applied. Therefore, the masking is simplified, and, as the hot spray of thermally plastic resin 16 hardens in about 15 seconds, processes and working time can be reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent a crater from being produced by using polyvinyl chloride resin having a higher thermal deformation temperature than the maximum reaction temperature at the time when the heat insulating material is foamed for the heat insulation box. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulating box 1 is comprised of an inner box 2 formed by plastic material, an outer box 4 formed by a laminated steel plate 3 and a foam heat insulating material 5 such as urethane foam filled between the inner box 2 and the outer box 4. The laminated steel plate 3 is formed by an iron plate 8, polyvinyl chloride resin 11 showing a higher thermal deformation temperature than the maximum heat generating temperature generated when the foaming heat insulating material 5 is filled, polyester resin 7 covering the surface of the resin 11 and adhesive agent 9 for adhering these materials. Application of polyvinyl resin 11 showing a higher thermal deformation temperature than the maximum reaction temperature of the foaming heat insulating material 5 prevents occurrence of crater on the laminated steel plate 3.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate deodorization, sterilization, disinfection without using disinfectant separately by forming a holding receptacle for food and drink with use of synthetic resin material mixed with ionized ores. CONSTITUTION:For example, an ice-making dish 1 is manufactured by ejecting formation with use of thermoplastic resin 3 mixed with natural ores containing radioactive elements, such as radium, radon, strontium, or the like as ionized ores 4. It serves for emitting radioactive rays from ionized ores 4, for softening water for making ice dissolving minus ions into water in order to give palatable ice. In addition, since emission of radioactive rays from the periphery of the ice-making dish into the air in the refrigerator ionizes the air to produce minus ions, effects of deodorization, sterilization and disinfection in the refrigerator are obtainable.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate disposal work and disintegration work by a method wherein the principal material of an outer box and an inner boxs is composed of the same material as that of expanded insulating material loaded into the gap between both the boxes, thereby eliminating the need to separate the inner and outer boxes and the insulating material at the time of disposal and disintegration work. CONSTITUTION:An insulated box of the refrigerator is composed of an outer box 2 and an inner box 3 made of thermosetting polyurethane resin or thermoplastic styrene resin and expanded insulating material 4 such as thermosetting urethane foam is loaded into the gap between the boxes 2, 3. In this manner, the boxes 2, 3 have the same principal component as that of the material 4, whereby it is not necessary to separate the boxes 2, 3 and the material 4 at the time of disposal and disintegration thereof, so that disposal work can be performed easily. And thermoplastic resin is used as a principal component, as material, and hence equipment cost of a mold is made lower than that of a rim mold and moldability is improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent a thin wall portion of an inner box from bulging out by a method wherein a heat insulating box is comprised of an inner box, an outer box and a foam heat insulating material, and the inner box is provided with a rib having holes with a diameter through which the foam heat insulating material can not enter and further having holes through which a foam producing agent can escape. CONSTITUTION: An inner box 13 made of plastic material formed under a vacuum formation is constructed such that thin wall portions 14 such as corners of it are provided with elongated protrusion ribs 11. The ribs 11 have holes 12 at their extremities. Such an inner box 13 is assembled into an outer box 3 and then a foam heat insulating material 6 is filled in a closed space 4. The thin wall portions 14 at the inner box 2 of the heat insulating box 1 are provided with the elongated protrusion ribs 11 having holes 12 therein through which fluorocarbon gas 5 escapes, thereby even if a cooling operation is stopped, a temperature within the heat insulating box is increased due to temperature of surrounding atmosphere, fluorocarbon gas 10 within the foam heat insulating material is expanded and flows into a clearance 7 between the inner box 2 and the foam heat insulating material 6, deformation of the thin wall portions of the inner box 2 is preventable because the gas is discharged through the holes 12.

This cools an inner box 3 and inner jig 9 a foamable heat insulation material 4 reaches a proximity of 40 deg.C to promote uniform foaming, without stagnation of any fluorocarbon gas, thereby making the foam starting rate const. and final filling part const.
