Abstract: PURPOSE: To improve workability by fusing foam pad materials on the rear of a three-dimensional molded artificial lawn while forming adhesive layers on the bases of the pad materials and specifying the density and thickness of pads. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional molded artificial lawn 1 is fused on a foam 4 consisting of a polyolefin-resin crosslinked foam, etc., in which a surface is melted, and cushioning properties are improved while corresponding to irregular surfaces at the time of laying. The foam 4 is formed in closed-cell structure and water absorption properties are deteriorated, and density is set in 0.20-0.018 and thickness in 1-100mm. The layer 6 of an adhesive material is formed on the laid surface of the foam 4, and release paper 7 is stuck on the layer 6. The artificial lawn 1 is formed of polyethylene, etc., and backed with victoria lawn 2, a nonwoven fabric 3, etc. The foams 4 are fused on both surfaces of kraft paper, in which polyolefin resins are laminated on both surfaces, as required, thus inhibiting a dimensional change at the time of bonding. Accordingly, the execution of works is enabled simply, and a molded artificial-lawn laminated structure can be finished finely in a short time.

The vibration suppressing material 1 is laminated on a synthetic resin layer mainly forming a surface cover material, for example, or it is used as part of a core section to constitute the golf ball. The golf ball having the function effectively reducing the shock vibration when it is driven by a golf club is obtained.
