In order to solve problems, the present invention provides a system and a method for managing food safety by online, capable of constructing a prompt response system capable of linking research, report and a subsequent action related to food safety together in real time to promptly and simultaneously perform an action with respect to a food incident in a national level. The system comprises: portable terminals that are provided to each of food safety management managers to transmit and receive at least one among information on site identification, investigation result report, information sharing and instruction query, and recall action in real time; and a food safety managing server that links research, report and a subsequent action related food safety with each other in real time through sharing of information between food safety management agencies through the portable terminals to construct response system and promptly and simultaneously perform an action with respect to a food incident in a national level.

본 발명은 의료용 애플리케이션을 인증하는 검사 시스템 및 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 의료용 애플리케이션이 구동되는 검사 장치는, 의료장치로부터 측정 정보를 수신하는 수신부, 상기 수신된 측정 정보와 기정의된 표준 기술의 정합 여부를 판단하기 위해서 상기 수신된 측정 정보를 분석하는 분석부 및 상기 분석부의 분석 결과를 이용하여, 상기 표준 기술과 정합한다고 판단되면 상기 수신된 측정 정보를 상기 의료용 애플리케이션에 전달하는 전달부를 포함하고, 상기 분석부는, 상기 측정 정보 중 검사 대상을 파싱(parsing)하고, 파싱된 정보를 바이트 값으로 변환하며, 상기 바이트값과 상기 표준 기술에서 정의된 값을 비교하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 NAT2를 암호화하는 유전자의 프로모터 부위내에 위치한 단일염기다형성(SNP)로부터 특정 일배체형(Haplotype)을 결정하였으며, 이 특정 일배체형(Haplotype)을 분석할 수 있는 상기 유전자 프로모터의 증폭용 프라이머를 포함하는 NAT2 유전자 프로모터의 일배체형 분석키트 및 이를 이용한 분석방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 개인간 유전형의 차이에 따른 맞춤의약을 포함하여, NAT2 에 의하여 대사되는 약물의 개발에 널리 활용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for predicting drug response to atomoxetine using the genotype of cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) gene is provided to compute a recommended dosage of a drug by each genotype, thereby presenting a proposal on drug approvals in consideration of Korean pharmacogenomics. CONSTITUTION: A method for analyzing the genotype of CYP2D6 gene for predicting drug response to atomoxetine comprises the step of sequencing exon 1 and exon 6 of a gene encoding CYP2D6 from a genomic DNA; detecting single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the determined base sequence, wherein 43th base (T) of sequence number 1 (exon 6) is substituted with C (CYP2D6*2) and 100th base (C) of sequence number 2 (exon 1) is substituted with T (CYP2D6*10); and determining if the genotype of CYP2D6 belongs to extensive metabolizer (CYP2D6EM), intermediate metabolizer (CYP2D6IM), or poor metabolizer (CYP2D6PM). PURPOSE: A method for determining the mixture of a root vegetable ingredient using a primer set containing a forward primer and a reverse primer is provided to scientifically monitor foods, and to prevent distribution of bad foods. CONSTITUTION: A method for determining the mixture of a root vegetable ingredient comprises: a step of isolating DNA from a food ingredient; a step of performing first, second, third, and fourth PCR using a primer set; and a step of detecting the presence of the root vegetable ingredient including Panax schinseng, Nopsis lanceolata, Platycodon grandiflorum, and Dioscorea batatas. The primer set is selected from the group consisting of: a primer set comprising a forward primer in sequence number 1 and a reverse primer in sequence number 2 for detecting Panax schinseng; a primer set comprising a forward primer in sequence number 3 and a reverse primer in sequence number 4 for detecting Nopsis lanceolata; a primer set comprising a forward primer in sequence number 5 and a reverse primer in sequence number 6 for detecting Platycodon grandiflorum; and a PCR primer comprising a forward primer in sequence number 7 and a reverse primer in sequence number 8 for detecting Dioscorea batatas.

PURPOSE: A technique for determining the mixture of a mollusks ingredient in a food using a primer set containing a forward primer of a certain sequence and a reverse primer of a certain sequence is provided to enable scientific monitoring of a food, and to prevent distribution of bad food. CONSTITUTION: A method for determining the mixture of a mollusks ingredient in a food comprises: a step of isolating DNA from the food; a step of performing first and second PCR using a primer set and DNA as a template; and a step of detecting the presence of the mollusks ingredient in the food.
