    Abstract: PURPOSE: To avoid sudden changes in the resistance torque of an internal combustion engine, when an exciting current applied to the armature winding of a generator is changed by the change of an electrical load, etc., in the recharging system of a vehicle battery. CONSTITUTION: The collector and emitter of a drive transistor (17) are connected in series to a field winding (5), and both the terminals of a battery (1) which is the supply source of a DC voltage (VBA). A sensor means (19) which detects a current applied to a field winding (4) is provided. Control circuits (10-16), which control on/off of the drive transistor (17) according to a value which is determined by comparing a voltage (VA) supplied by a generator (2) with a comparison voltage, depending on a current detected by the sensor means (19), are provided.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent the damage of a transistor TR by permanently disabling the TR concerned with a control part, which detects short-circuit, in the case of repeated occurrence of short-circuit in a load. CONSTITUTION: When a short-circuit state occurs between the drain of a TR Mi and the positive pole of a power source VBD, a diagnostic logic circuit 13 detects this state and applies a disable signal to a control circuit 12 for a temporary stop period. If a short-circuit state between the drain of the TR Mi and the positive pole of the power source VBD is detected again after this period, a first breakdown signal is outputted, and the disable signal is permanently applied to the control circuit 12. A driver circuit 12 is stopped finally in this manner, and then, the signal of a terminal CMD1 is returned to level '0' and is kept in this level. Thus, stress of the TR M1 is eliminated to prevent the damage of the TR M1.

At this time, the circuit IC entirely connected to a power source VDD of DC current and ground limits the input signal by an amplitude limiter 3 having two CMOS transistors to protect it against overvoltage. A circuit 4 has an inverting amplifier A connected to a DC power source VR lower than the power source VDD, capacitive impedance circuits Z1 , Z2 converts the signal into DC signal, limits the band width of the signal from the sensor S and attenuates the ultra-low frequency component unnecessary for the signal.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To detect pinking by providing comparison and process means with weighted and averaged signals of samples of at least third detection signals which are the last and the second last to be received. CONSTITUTION: Two channels A, B are provided for detecting and processing signals provided by an accelerometric sensor S operating in two frequency bands in which peaks indicative of the occurrence of pinking exist. In each combustion phase, a third channel, also connected to the sensor S, provides a signal representative of the noise component of the signal from the sensor S, in a frequency band in which the peaks do not occur. The signals provided by the channels A, B are integrated and then compared with a reference signal generated in dependence on the noise component of a cylinder detected by the cylinder. Thus, the cylinder producing the pinking is detected.

CONSTITUTION: A supplying device 1 is connected to a feedback circuit 5 having two input units 5a, 5b. The input unit 5a is connected to an output unit of an ignition device 3, so as to monitor the voltage to be supplied to a lamp L during lighting. The input unit 5b, to which a resistor between the lamp L and the ground is connected, monitors the current I flowing into the lamp L. A regulator 4 changes the current characteristic to be supplied to the lamp L, namely, the frequency and the current utilization factor, and sends the signal so that the predetermined power is supplied to the lamp L. With this structure, accurate power can be supplied to the lamp L.

The actuator 5 includes a barometer capsule 6, and this capsule 6 is made to communicate with an intake manifold 9 of an internal combustion engine through a second solenoid valve 7. The valves 4, 7 are controlled to slowly increase brake pressure after quickly increasing brake pressure at amount computed based on total amount of pressure increase in a preceding cycle in the last period and the second period from the last in a pressure-reduced stage.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To switch an output at high speed when a signal impressed to a non-inverting input exceeds a threshold value by connecting an inverter to a feedback circuit between the output and inverting input of an operational amplifier (OA). CONSTITUTION: A voltage signal V1 of a power source S is inputted through a resistor 1 to the non-inverting input terminal of the OA, and a threshold voltage VR is inputted to the inverting input terminal. The output of the OA is applied from a terminal 5 connected to an inverter circuit 1 connected to the feedback circuit and a terminal 6 connected to the OA. When the signal V1 exceeds the threshold voltage VR, the output of the OA is switched at high speed.
