PURPOSE: A Ptecticus tenebrifer-derived cellulase gene CS10 is provided to ensure the natural expression in E.coli under the certain stress environment or the absence of a promoter, and to enable the heterogeneous expression in gram-negative bacteria apart from E.coli. CONSTITUTION: A polypeptide contains an amino acid sequence in sequence number 1. A gene contains the polypeptide, and is derived from Ptecticus tenebrifer. The gene contains a nucleic acid in sequence number 2. A vector contains the gene. A transformant is prepared by using the vector.

PURPOSE: A Hermetia illucens-derived pullulanase protein is provided to enable easy heterologous expression in gram positive bacteria. CONSTITUTION: A Hermetia illucens-derived pullulanase protein has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. A gene encoding pullulanase protein contains a base sequence of sequence number 1. A recombinant vector contains the gene encoding the pullulanase protein. E.coli is transformed by the recombinant vector. The transformed E.coli is SS4(Escherichia coli SS4)(deposit number: KACC91569P). A primer set for amplifying a pullulanase gene contains oligonucleotides of sequence numbers 3 and 4.

PURPOSE: A novel Burkholderia sp. KIS30-44 having excellent denitrification activity is provided to produce a nitrate reductase. CONSTITUTION: A novel Burkholderia sp. KIS30-44 has excellent function of denitrification. The Burkholderia sp. KIS30-44 is isolated from soil of Korean island, Dokdo. A method for denitrificating soil or water is performed using the Burkholderia sp. KIS30-44.

The esterase according to the present invention has a high activity even at high temperature and has an esterase activity even at high pH. Therefore, the esterase according to the present invention can be useful for a production of a detergent, food, and a drug.
