PURPOSE: A nucleic acid sequences analysis method and an apparatus using distributed processing, and a distributed processing system for nucleic acid sequences analysis are provided to efficiently perform sorting works by applying a task arranging the nucleic acid sequence of gene samples in the nucleic acid sequence of a genome to the distributed processing environment. CONSTITUTION: A sequence receiver receives a plurality of input sequences about nucleic acid generated from samples(801). A node determination unit decides nodes which are going to be distributed for each insertion sequence(802). A distributed processing controller transmits the insertion sequences to the decided node(803). A sequence analyzer combines and analyzes distributed processing results received from each node(804). PURPOSE: An encoding and decoding device in a communication and broadcast system and a method thereof are provided to perform a plurality of decoding operations by one process using one integrated parity inspection matrix. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting end generates two information word bit strings(701). The transmitting end multiplexes the two information word bit strings to one bit string(703). The transmitting end performs encoding using a pre-defined integrated parity inspection matrix(705). The transmitting end inversely multiplexes a generated encoding output bit string to two code words(707). The transmitting end transmits two streams(709).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A wafer cleaning apparatus is provided to be capable of easily controlling the concentration of a mixed solution of ozone water and HF. CONSTITUTION: A wafer cleaning apparatus(100) is provided with the first chemical unit(110) for storing the first chemical, the second chemical unit(120) for storing the second chemical, and a process chamber(140) for forming a mixed solution by using the first and second chemical supplied from the first and second chemical unit and cleaning the surface of a wafer using the mixed solution. The wafer cleaning apparatus further includes a concentration control part(130) between the chemical units and the process chamber. Preferably, a flow control valve is used as the concentration control part. Preferably, the first chemical is ozone water. Preferably, the second chemical is HF.
