Abstract:
PURPOSE: A protein shelled platinum nanoparticle complex and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to synthesize uniform nanoparticle by controlling the reaction time and the ratio of protein shell and platinum. CONSTITUTION: A protein shell is composed of hollow protein. The diameter of internal space of the protein shell is between 1.5 and 6nm. The protein of the protein shell is composed of six or more sub units. Pores are arranged between the sub units in order to connect the inner side and the outer side of the protein. The diameter of the pore is between 1 and 4nm. A protein shelled platinum nanoparticle complex is surrounded by the protein shell.

본 발명은 무선 통신 네트워크에서 2 홉 링크 전송을 위한 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 무선 통신 시스템에서 송신 단말의 2 홉 링크 전송 방법은 통신을 수행할 이웃 단말들을 식별하는 식별 단계, 상기 식별된 단말들 중 통신을 수행하고자 하는 단말을 선택하고, 상기 선택된 단말과의 통신 링크 종류를 1 홉 링크 또는 2 홉 링크 중 어느 하나의 링크로 결정하는 링크 결정 단계, 상기 2 홉 링크 결정 시 중계 단말을 선택하여 2 홉 링크를 형성하고, 상기 2 홉 링크를 식별하기 위한 적어도 하나 이상의 멀티 홉 연결 식별자(Multi-hop Connection Identifier, MCID)를 할당하는 링크 형성 단계, 및 상기 수신 단말로 전송할 데이터를 상기 형성된 2 홉 링크를 통해 상기 중계 단말을 거쳐 수신 단말로 전송하는 전송 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 생-무기 복합체인 단백질 외피-금속 나노입자 복합체를 이용한 바이오분자-커패시터에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바이오분자-커패시터는 빠른 용량시상수 및 높은 정전용량을 가지고 있을 뿐만 아니라 생체적합성을 가지고 있기 때문에 바이오칩(biochip), 바이오센서(biosensor), 생체 전자 장치, 차세대 전기자동자, 스마트폰 등의 다양한 분야에 적용 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

The present invention relates to a composition for inducing the differentiation of stem cells containing seventeen kilodaltone protein (SKP), and a differentiation induction method of the stem cells using the same. A user can induce the differentiation of the stem cells without using an existing stem cell differentiation promoter, and differentiate the stem cells into various cells including ectoderm cells, mesoblast cells, endodermal cells, nerve cells, cardiac muscle cells, etc. The composition enables the user to differentiate the stem cells into various cells by securing the various culturing conditions using SKP, and can be applied to various fields as a stem cell treatment agent, a cancer treatment agent, etc.

A phosphorylation process of TRAP(trp RNA-binding attenuation protein) derived from Staphylococcus aureus is provided to reduce the phosphorylation time of TRAP by using the metallic ion as cofactor, thereby rapidly searching the phosphorylation inhibitor of TRAP. The in vitro phosphorylation process of the TRAP comprises the steps of: expressing a large quantity of TRAP expressing vectors in Escherichia coli; purifying the expressed TRAP; and mixing the purified TRAP with phosphorylation buffer, more than 0.1 mM of metallic ion such as FeSO4, CuCl2 or ZnCl2 and p^32-ATP in distilled water.

A novel pyrazolidine compound is provided to inhibit the biological function of a Z-DNA bonding protein by being specifically coupled to the Z-DNA bonding protein, thereby being used as an anti-viral agent. A pharmaceutical composition for controlling activity of a Z-DNA bonding protein comprises a therapeutically effective amount of a pyrazolidine compound represented by a formula(1) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt and a pharmaceutical carrier or an excipient. In the formula(1), R1 is C6-20 aryl; R2 is C5-20 aryl or C5-20 heterocycle including O or N; each X and Y is independently C or N. A pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing fox virus or vaccinia virus comprises the compound of the formula(1) or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and the pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or the excipient.
