Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for measuring refractive index profile are provided to measure refractive index profile in a non-destructive manner excluding cutting and grinding of an object being measured. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring refractive index profile comprises a light source unit(110), a diffraction grating, a diffraction pattern recording unit(160), and an operation unit(170). The light source unit irradiates collimated light to enter the diffraction grating. The diffraction pattern recording unit records a diffraction pattern which is formed by the diffraction beam from the diffraction grating passes through an object having a non-uniform refractive index. The operation unit computes the refraction index profile of the object from the interval between the zeroth peak position and the first peak position.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A patch type nerval element using nanowires capable of electrically connecting plural processing modules is provided to receive and transmit electric signals or electro-stimulation when a cut is generated on nerves. CONSTITUTION: A patch type nerval element using nanowires includes a substrate(10), and nanowire modules(20). The substrate is attached to the surface of an organ inside the living body in a patch form, and is capable of being attached to a nerve system with the side area. The nanowire modules have one ends fixed to the substrate to be vertically extended, and are inserted into nerves for obtaining electric signals from nerve fibers or transmitting the electric signals to the nerve fibers. The nanowire modules are arranged into a grid format.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A near-field scanning photo-acoustic measure system capable of measuring photo-acoustic signals on a local domain using an optical probe for proximity field is provided to enable minute material property analysis and produce the photo-acoustic images of the high definition on a fine structure. CONSTITUTION: A near-field scanning photo-acoustic measure system(100) comprises a light-generating unit(LS), a near field optical unit(NFO), and a photo-acoustic detecting unit(PAD). The light-generating unit irradiates the light on the material to be inspected. The near field optical unit scans light from the light-generating unit to the material to be inspected or collects light transmitting the material to be inspected. The near field optical unit comprises an optical probe capable of operating in the near-field region of the material to be inspected. The detecting unit detects the photo-acoustic signal from the material to be inspected. The light-generating unit comprises a first light source and a light modulator.

Abstract: A nerve microchip is provided, which continuously authorizes the electric signal in nerve, prevents the muscle injuries and reduces inconvenience of use. A nerve microchip comprises: an electrode(500) which is inserted into nerve and authorizes electrostimulation to nerve; an electrostimulation control module(400) providing the continued electrostimulation to the electrode; and a process module(510) including the power module(420) obtaining the drive power for the electrostimulation control module from the radio frequency signal provided from the outside.
