Provided are a polystyrene-based nanocomposite which is improved in compatibility and heat resistance, and a method for preparing the polystyrene-based nanocomposite. A polystyrene-based nanocomposite is prepared from an aluminosilicate layered inorganic material and a polystyrene-based resin, wherein the aluminosilicate layered inorganic material is an organized aluminosilicate layered inorganic material comprising a polystyrene-based copolymer having an amine salt represented by a formula 2 introduced into the interlayer of an aluminosilicate layered inorganic material. In the formula 2, m is an integer of 1-100; x is an integer of 2-200; and X is F, Cl, Br or I.

본 발명은 할로겐계 수지 분말을 함유한 방향족 폴리이미드계 복합 소재 분말과 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 알콕시 알코올과 페놀계 유기 극성 용매로 이루어진 혼합 용매계에, 테트라카르복시산 이무수물과 방향족 디아민 등의 폴리이미드 제조용 단량체와 할로겐계 수지 분말 및 무기입자 분말을 투입한 후 특이성 있게 구성된 조건으로 승온하는 단일 단계로 중합반응에 의해 할로겐계 수지 분말의 입자와 무기입자가 폴리이미드 수지 분말 내에 균일하게 분산되어 기존의 폴리이미드 수지의 특성을 유지하면서도 내열성, 열팽창 특성 및 기계적 특성이 개선된 할로겐계 수지 분말을 함유한 방향족 폴리이미드계 복합 소재 분말과 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 평탄화 특성이 우수한 감광성 투명 폴리아믹산 올리고머와 이를 경화하여 제조된 폴리이미드 수지에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 방향족 테트라카르복시산 이무수물과 방향족 디아민의 단량체를 중합반응시킴에 있어 특정 구조의 지방족 고리 함유 테트라카르복시산 이무수물과 감광성 기능기 함유 디아민 단량체 및 감광성기를 갖는 모노아민 화합물을 함유시켜 올리고머 수준으로 중합 반응하여 제조한 신규 구조의 폴리아믹산 올리고머와, 상기한 폴리아믹산 올리고머를 경화하여 제조된 것으로 자체 광반응이 가능하고 투명성 및 평탄화도가 개선되어 투명 유기 절연 재료 및 액정 소재의 고분자 격벽 재료로서 유용한 효과가 있는 고평탄화도를 갖는 감광성 투명 폴리이미드 수지에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: Provided is a polyolefin resin composition which uses the polyolefin resin as a matrix by nano compositing the delaminated organophilic layered silicate, polyolefin compatibilizer and the conventional fire retardant. The composite has excellent properties of mechanical strength, heat resistance, impact resistance, fabricability and fire resistance compared with conventional material. CONSTITUTION: The composite comprises: 10- 35wt.%(based on 100wt.% of the polyolefin resin) of organohalogen-based fire retardant; 0.5-10wt.% of the organophilic layered silicate in which the silicate is emulsified with organophosphorus acid salt and organo ammonium salt which are substituted with C12-36 alkyl groups or aromatic groups; 1-30wt.% polyolefin compatibilizer grafted with maleic acid, having average mol wt. of 5,000-90,000 and graft rate of 0.2-10 and more than one additive selected from a photo-stabilizer, a UV absorber, an anti-static agent, wax, pigments, an ignition delaying agent and a filler.

PURPOSE: A polyamic acid derivative having an imide side chain containing double bond for a liquid crystal alignment layer and a monomer for the preparation of the polyamic acid derivative are provided, to improve heat resistance, solubility, surface strength, transparency, vertical alignment of liquid crystal and rubbing resistance. CONSTITUTION: The polyamic acid derivative is represented by the formula 1, wherein n is an integer of 1-300 and m is an integer of 1-30. Preferably the polyamic acid derivative has an intrinsic viscosity of 0.3-1.5 dL/g, a molecular weight of 10,000-150,000 g/mol, a surface pencil hardness of H to 7H, a pretilt angle of 88-89.9 degree and a pretilt angle after rubbing of 70-89.9 degree, is soluble in a solvent selected from the group consisting of dimethyl acetamide, dimethyl formamide, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, tetrahydrofuran, chloroform, acetone, ethyl acetate and γ-butyrolactone, and has an imidation temperature of 200-300 deg.C. PURPOSE: A powdered aromatic polyimide-based composite containing a halogen-based resin powder and its preparation method are provided, to improve heat resistance, thermal expansion and mechanical properties without deterioration of characteristics of a polyimide resin. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of adding a mixture of tetracarboxylic acid·2H2O monomer and aromatic diamine monomer, halogen-based resin powder and inorganic material powder to a solvent mixture of alkoxy alcohol and phenol-based organic polar solvent; raising temperature to 60-80 deg.C for 2-3 hours; maintaining the temperature for 2-3 hours; raising temperature to 160-200 deg.C for 2-3 hours; and stirring it for 5 min to 6 hours with maintaining the temperature. PURPOSE: An acid liable polyamide polymer and a photosensitive heat resisting insulator composition containing the polymer are provided, which are improved in the photosensitivity, the resolution, the mechanical properties and the flatness of coating. CONSTITUTION: The acid liable polyamide polymer has a repeating unit represented by the formula 1, and contains an acetal or carbonate side group as an acid liable group and a terminal group containing an acetylene group, wherein Ar1 is a tetravalent aromatic group; Ar2 is a divalent aromatic group; R1 and R2 are the same or different each other and are an acid liable group comprising carbonate or acetal; T1 and T2 are the same or different each other and are a terminal group comprising acetylene group; and m and n are an integer of 5-100, respectively. The acid liable polyamide polymer can be a homopolymer or a copolymer according to the combination of Ar1 and Ar2. The photosensitive heat resisting insulator composition comprises the polyamide polymer; and 0.3-15 wt% of a photoacid generator.

CONSTITUTION: In organic lamellar inorganic materials in which organic polymers are introduced between layers of aluminosilicate based lamellar inorganic materials, the organic aluminosilicate based lamellar inorganic materials are characterized in that the organic polymers introduced between layers of the aluminosilicate based lamellar inorganic materials are low polarity siloxane amine oligomer selected from siloxane amine oligomers represented as in chemical formulae 1a and 1b and siloxane amine oligomer in which alkyl group produced by reaction of alkyl carbonyl chloride is substituted represented as in chemical formula 2, where R1 and R2 are -(CH2)pX1(CH2)q- or formula 3 respectively, wherein X1 is -CH2- or -O-; R is -(CH2)nX2(CH2)k-, wherein X2 is -CH2- or -CH=CH-; l and m are an integral number between 1 to 300 respectively, and p, q, n and k are an integral number between 1 to 30 respectively.
