Abstract: PURPOSE: An oil cooler hose is provided to reduce raw material cost, to enhance heat-resistance, and to enhance rupture strength by limiting the content of chloride to a specific range and adjusting the interior angle of reinforcing fibers to about 120 degrees. CONSTITUTION: An oil cooler hose consists of an inner layer(1), an intermediate layer(2) and an outer layer(3). The inner layer(1) and the outer layer(3) contains a chlorinated polyethylene as an essential ingredient. The intermediate layer(2) is laid between the inner layer(1) and the outer layer(3), and made of reinforcing fibers. The content of chloride in the chlorinated polyethylene is between 30 and 42 weight percentage. The interior angle of the reinforcing fibers is between 105 and 130 degrees.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel pressure pulse is dampened by changing fluid passage structure of damping portion of a fuel filter device to prevent fuel leakage. CONSTITUTION: A filter housing(13) has a fuel inlet pipe(11) and a fuel outlet pipe(12). A filtering element(14) is installed in lower part of the filter housing(13). A damping portion(15) reduces fuel pressure pulse in the fuel filter device. A fluid passage(16) of the damping portion has a cylinder(18) comprising a thread line(17), and an outer wall(19). Fuel pressure pulse is dampened by the thread line and the outer wall.
