Abstract: PURPOSE: An active headrest apparatus for a vehicle and an actuator thereof is provided to eliminate harm caused by an impact suspension and to effectively protect the neck of passenger from a vehicle collision. CONSTITUTION: An actuator(100) of an active headrest apparatus for a vehicle comprises: a housing which is installed on a seat back frame with forming a guide groove(130); an actuating plate(120) which is elastically supported on the housing; a working piece(140) which includes a guide projection inserted into the guide groove and arranged in the bottom of the actuating plate; and an actuating wire(144) which interconnects the working piece and a mobile headrest module.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A seat cushion tilting device for a vehicle is provided to improve a passenger's support sense of taking a seat by controlling the height of the leading end of a seat cushion so that the front end may be higher than the rear end. CONSTITUTION: A seat cushion tilting device for a vehicle comprises a seat back and a seat cushion. A cushion tilt unit(200) is installed on one side of the seat cushion. The cushion tilt unit raises the leading end of the seat cushion. The cushion tilt unit comprises a tilt part(210), a crossbar(220), an external force conveying part(230), and an external force generating part(240). The tilt part is positioned on the lower part of the seat cushion. The crossbar lifts the front end of the tilt part and is hinge-installed in order to have the fixed radius of the rotation.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Lamp structure of a rear under mirror for a vehicle is provided to obtain freedom of design in the irradiation area and direction and to facilitate the manufacturing by using a usual lamp assembly including a lamp housing. CONSTITUTION: A lamp assembly(20) is built-in to a rear under mirror(10) of the upper end of a tail gate(1). The lamp assembly is moved back and forth while being guided along a guide device(30) from the inside of a mirror housing(12) by a moving device installed within the mirror housing. The lamp assembly is inserted/protruded through an opening formed at the rear end surface of the mirror housing as the lamp assembly is moved back and forth. The lamp assembly irradiates light backward, with protruded. Light is directly irradiated from the lamp assembly protruded backward and the freedom of design in the irradiation area and direction is secured.
