    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat a drink in a container to a suitable temperature even if the temperature of a liquid serving as a heating source is lowered. SOLUTION: In this heater, a container having drink in it is moved in a hot water having a temperature higher than a target heating temperature of the drink in a container for a predetermined heating time to heat the drink in the container. A thermistor 15 is provided with a heating time setting means 20 for setting the heating time according to the measured temperature of hot water so that the lower the measured temperature of hot water is, the longer the heating time is, and a heating temperature select means 24 for selecting a target heating temperature of the packed drink. The heating time setting means 20 is adapted to set the heating time longer than that in the case of the ordinary target heating temperature when the target heating temperature selected by the heating temperature select means 24 is higher than the ordinary target heating temperature, and set the heating time shorter than that in the case of the ordinary target heating temperature when the target heating temperature selected by the heating temperature select means 24 is lower than the ordinary target heating temperature, whereby even if the temperature of hot water is lowered, heating can be accomplished to reach the selected target temperature.

SOLUTION: This automatic vending machine comprises a plurality of goods charging ports 20 provided vertically at the front face of an automatic vending machine body, corresponding to plural stages of goods shelves 10; a plurality of charging passages 30 inclining downward in a depth direction B and leading the goods charged in the lying state from the goods charging ports 20 to the side opposite to the goods carry-out part side; and a bottom support plate 40 provided on the depth direction B side of the goods shelf 10 to guide the goods from the inner side end part of the charging passage 30 to the goods carry-out part 4 while slidingly supporting the bottom part of the goods in the lying state. A pair of rails 30a, 30b are formed as guide means at the charging passage 30 so as to be able to maintain the posture of the goods passing in the charging passage 30. The goods are thereby charged or replenished easily to each goods shelf 10, and the goods charged in the lying state from the goods charging port 20 can be conveyed in the stable posture to the goods shelf 10.

The compressor is operated at the minimum revolution speed according to a minimum revolution speed command- transmitting means 43, at a preset time a timer 42 stops transmitting a revolution speed command, and the number of revolutions of the compressor 17, decided by a revolution speed-calculating means 25, is transmitted. This method makes a sudden liquid back less possible to occur.
