    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a burr in a part except for a welding projection by arranging the welding projection in one of opposed flanges or edge parts and a groove in at least either one of opposed surfaces of the flanges or the edge parts in a synthetic resin-made muffler to which two apparatus bodies are joined by ultrasonic welding. SOLUTION: In a synthetic resin-made muffler to which three apparatus bodies 10 to 12 are joined by ultrasonic welding in order to introduce refrigerant gas into a cylinder of an enclosed motor-driven compressor, the first to the third apparatus bodies 10 to 12 are respectively molded by injection molding of polybutylene terephthalate. In this case, a welding projection 14 and a groove 15 are arranged on a flange 13 arranged on the first apparatus body 10, and the second apparatus body 11 is almost similarly formed, and the welding projection 14 of the first apparatus body 10 and an edge part 16 of the second apparatus body 11 are melted and fixed together, but a burr generated at this time is gathered in the groove 15. According to this, a burr generated when the synthetic resin-made suction muffler is joined by ultrasonic welding can be prevented from appearing to the inside and outside of the suction muffler.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce noise generated by movement by inertial force by fixing the end part of a coil spring for supporting a compressor body elastically in a casing in such a way as to intrude into a gap formed at the root part of a snubber part. CONSTITUTION:In an internal supporting device 3 for supporting a compressor body 2 elastically in a casing 1, the column diameter of the root part 34a of a snubber part 34 is made smaller than that of a base part 34b and also smaller than the diameter of the end part 35b, to be fixed to the seat part 32 and the snubber part 34, of a coil spring 35, the column height of the root part 34a is made smaller than the wire diameter of the coil spring 35, and the column diameter is made larger than the inner diameter of the end part 35b. Interference fit is then performed at the edge of the base part 34b on the root part 34a side. The end part 35b is thereby held between the seat part 32 and the edge of the base part 34b and fixed in such a way as to intrude into a gap formed at the root part 34a. The end part 35b of the coil spring 35 is therefore prevented from moving, and thus collision sound with the seat part 32 and rubbing sound with the snubber part 34 are not generated.
