Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable accurate recording and reproducing clocks to be generated by making constant the line density for the wave number regarding wobbling waveform of a track and forming a rotation angle mark indicating a prescribed rotation angle position of a disk. SOLUTION: Data are recorded while keeping constant line density(CLD), and the number of carrier waves of a wobbling group is assumed to CLD, further, a fine clock mark is added as CAV reference, and record and reproduction being more accurate are aimed at, and the wobbling period of a group is set. First, in adjacent tracks, the phase relation of a wobbling waveform is made so that a rotation angle position to be fixed relation exists. For example, when a rotation angle position of a start point of each rotation track is assumed to be 0 degree (the direction of 12 o'clock of a clock), the phase difference between adjacent tracks is made to have fixed relation at this position 0 degree. Further, a fine clock mark is added to a rotation angle position in fixed relation when phase difference is 0, 180, or 270 degrees.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain sound data on music, etc., as a program delivered as a radio broadcast. SOLUTION: The transmission device 1 constitutes data broadcast data to be delivered by data broadcasting by arranging an EMD(electric music distribution) link, etc., needed to obtain music data as regular broadcast data to be delivered by regular broadcasting and sends the regular broadcast data and while the transmission is carried out, the data broadcast data where the EMD link as to the music data as the regular broadcast data is arranged are periodically transmitted. A user terminal 3, receives the regular broadcast data and data broadcast data and when an operation like what is called the attachment of a bookmark is inputted, the EMD link arranged in the data broadcast data is stored.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately regenerate a wobble address and a synchronizing mark. SOLUTION: Outputs of light receiving elements 61A and 61B bisected in the track direction are added up in an adder 64, and are subtracted from each other in a subtractor 65. An output of the subtractor 65 is normalized by dividing an output of the subtractor 65 by the output of the adder 64 in a divider 66. A synchronizing mark component in a comparatively high frequency band is extracted by a hand pass filter 67, and a wobble address component in a comparatively low frequency band is extracted by a band pass filter 68.

PURPOSE: To record data in an accurate position when addresses are recorded by wobbling. CONSTITUTION: Pregrooves 2 are formed spirally or concentrically in a data recording disk. These pregrooves 2 are wobbled according to address information. In the pregrooves 2, cluster marks 2A are formed based on cluster cycles.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a data recording and reproducing device capable of easily measuring the deviation between a recording head and a reproducing head and capable of correctly reproducing data even though the deviation is present. CONSTITUTION: Before an actual data recording is performed, a controller 11 supplies test data to an encoding circuit 12. The test data are recorded in sectors #1 to #11 of a position deviated from the center of a track by a δ. The controller 11 supplies modulated data to a D/A converter 19. An adder 9 supplies the modulated signal from the D/A converter 19 as it is to a VCM circuit 5. A reproducing head 7 outputs a reproduced signal by running while wobbling by the modulated signal. The controller 11 detects the deviation δbetween a recording head 6 and a reproducing head 7 based on the presence or absence of errors of respective sectors from an error correcting circuit 16. At the time of an actual data recording or data reproducing, a tracking servo is applied by making the deviation δ an offset.

PURPOSE:To manufacture a magnetic disc easily and in a mass-production basis by a method wherein a magnetic layer is formed on the surface of a nonmagnetic substrate which an information uneven pit row is formed and the parts of the magnetic layer on the bottom surfaces of the uneven pits and the parts of the magnetic layer on the upper surfaces of the uneven pits are magnetized in respective directions opposite to each other. CONSTITUTION:An information uneven pit row SL is formed on a nonmagnetic substrate 11. A magnetic layer 12 is formed on the surface of the substrate 11 on which the information uneven pit row SL is formed including the bottom surfaces, i.e., the recessed parts 14, of the information uneven pits and the upper surfaces, i.e., the protruding parts 13, of the information uneven pits. Then the parts of the magnetic layer 12 on the recessed parts 14 of the information uneven pits and the parts of the magnetic layer 12 on the protruding parts 13 of the information uneven pits are magnetized in respective directions (m1) and (m2) opposite to each other. The information is magnetically read out. With this constitution, a pickup apparatus which is simple in structure and low in cost can be obtained and hence the power consumption can be saved.

PURPOSE:To form a pattern with high degree of freedom in the case of forming a format pattern on the original disk of a disk. CONSTITUTION:A pattern data generation device is used for a laser cutting device for emitting a laser beam on/off modulated on a photoresist film formed on a circular substrate being the original disk of a stamper for the base of a magneto-optical disk or a magnetic disk and laser plotting a preformat pattern. This device is constituted of a relative position detection circuit 21 detecting a relative position (rotation angle theta) between the circular substrate and a cutting head in a laser cutting device, a coordinate data generation circuit 22 outputting coordinate data based on the detected data from the relative position detection circuit 21 and a data line generation circuit 23 serially outputting a data line based on the coordinate data from the coordinate data generation circuit 22.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method which allows positional information of other mobile terminal devices to be provided to another mobile terminal device without spoiling individual privacy. SOLUTION: When a mobile phone 4 1 sends a positional information request to a mobile phone device 4 2 and in the mobile phone 4 2 transmission of positional information to the mobile phone device 4 1 is permitted, the mobile phone 4 2 transmits positional information of the mobile phone 4 2 obtained using a satellite group 3 for GPS to the mobile phone 4 1 . The mobile phone device 4 1 outputs a display screen specifying the position of the mobile phone 4 2 on a map, according to the received positional information. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server having a URL which can be installed in home with a simple work without a troublesome work, a method for manufacturing the server and a sales method for the server. SOLUTION: A server is sold in a state that, for example, a character string included in an IP address or a domain name is previously stored in a non- volatile memory 3 at the time of shipment from a factory. In a setting after being sold, the character string included in the IP address or the domain name is transmitted toward a name server 102 according to depression of a key 9a for example.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a router apparatus that can simply and reliably guarantee security. SOLUTION: The router apparatus is arranged on an upper surface 15a of a case 15 that can be confirmed from appearance, and has a physical switch for connecting and disconnecting WAN(Wide Area Network) and LAN(Local Area Network), thus reliably disconnecting the LAN from the WAN without carrying out internal setting by software. Also, even a user who does not have expertise can easily perform the disconnection.
