    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber module enabling the replacement of a hollow fiber part for applying blood treatment, and a hollow fiber cartridge used therein. SOLUTION: The hollow fiber module 1 is constituted so that both ends of hollow fibers are opened and the columnar hollow fiber cartridge 10 having fixing members provided to both ends thereof is housed in a case 20 so as to hold a dialysing fluid in a cylindrical member 11 in a liquidtight state. Detachable lid materials 30 are attached to both ends of the opening part of the case 20 through seal materials 26. That is, since the lid materials 30 are detachable, the lid materials 30 are detached after blood treatment is completed to take out the used hollow fiber cartridge 20 to discard the same and other constituent members are washed and sterilized. The hollow fiber cartridge 10 is replaced with the new hollow fiber cartridge and the new one can be assembled together with the washed and sterilized constituent members.

The light incidence part 23 is provided at one end part of the optical fiber 22, an optical fiber end surface and a power pilot lamp 9 on a housing of a display monitor 1 are brought into contact, and a fitting member 24 shields the periphery of the contact part from light. The pilot lamp 21 is arranged an other end part of the optical fiber 22 and a lens 25 is installed on the end surface of the optical fiber 22 by adhesion or the like. Consequently, the display light of the power pilot lamp 9 is emitted to the lens 25 of the pilot lamp 21 constituting the display unit 20 as it is, so the display unit 20 can display the power source state without having its own power source.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the generation of a defect product by detecting a shifting amount of a working position in the raw material transport direction and a difference in the working length. SOLUTION: When a raw material 1 is transported to the position of a transfer roll 6 by a transport conveyer 5, the position of a home position mark 13 of the transfer roll 6 is detected by a home position detecting sensor 14, the leading edge of the raw material 1 is detected by a plate leading edge detecting sensor 15, and the rotational amount of the transfer roll 6 and the travel of the transport conveyer 5 are always counted by a rotary encoder 12. That is, the pulses of pulse signals of the rotary encoder 12 from when the pulse signal of the home position detecting sensor 14 is turned on until the pulse signal of the plate leading edge detecting sensor 15 is turned on are counted. The pulse number shows the difference amount of timing from two pulse signals, which corresponds to the shift amount of the transfer position to the raw material 1. When the difference amount exceeds an allowable value, abnormality warning is given by a warning device 17, and accoring to the abnormality warning, correction is made.
