본 발명은 모터에 의한 주행 작동 중 외부로부터 주행 방향 역방향으로의 힘이 가해지는 경우에도 모터에 과부하가 부가되지 않도록 한 전동식 창호 작동장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 전동식 창호 작동장치는, 구동모터와, 창짝의 하부에 고정되어 창틀의 가이드 레일 상에 슬라이드 가능하게 설치되는 작동롤러와, 상기 작동롤러의 외측에 설치되어 상기 작동 롤러를 회전시키는 작동기어와, 상기 구동 모터의 회전력을 작동기어에 전달하는 전동기어를 구비하여, 상기 구동모터의 회전의 의해 상기 작동롤러가 회전하여 창호를 개폐하는 전동식 창호 개폐장치에 있어서, 상기 작동롤러와 상기 작동기어 사이에, 작동기어로부터의 회전력을 상기 작동롤러에 전달하고, 상기 작동롤러부터의 회전력은 상기 작동기어에 전달되지 않도록 하는 차동수단이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바, 본 발명에 따르면, 창호의 개폐 도중에 작동롤러가 이물질에 걸려 급속히 정지하거나, 창문틀 사이에 어린 아이의 손이 끼는 등의 긴급 상황에서 도어를 개폐 작동 방향의 역방향으로 이동시키는 경우, 작동롤러의 역방향 회전력이 구동모터측으로 전달되지 않고, 작동롤러만 자체적으로 역회전하게 되므로, 역방향의 급속한 반력으로 인한 구동모터나 전동기어의 손상을 확실하게 방지할 수 있게 된다. 전동, 창문, 창호, 차동, 내접, 외접, 피니언, 슬라이딩 도어
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a lift and slide apparatus for a window and a lift control unit for the same, and more particularly, to a lift and slide apparatus for a window, which includes a runner for lifting a window sash and an operating plate for operating the runner and operates in such a manner that the operating plate is vertically moved by means of an electromotor unit. In addition, the present invention relates to a device for controlling a lift position of an electric-powered window, and more particularly, to a lift control unit for an electric-powered window, which includes position recognition pins, each of which is electrically connected to a pair of position recognition electrodes installed at each of upper and lower limit points of displacement of the slider and electrically connected to each other when being brought into contact with the slider, and position recognition controller electrodes for transmitting a signal to a controller when being brought into contact with the pins. Thus, it is possible to accurately control the lift displacement of the operating plate, thereby preventing overload from being applied to the motor and also ensuring the stable lift operation of the window sash.

Presented herein is a novel sliding door system that that enables adjustment of at least two sliding doors relative to each other such that surfaces of the sliding doors create a substantially flush surface a support onto which the sliding door mechanism is mounted. The system includes at least one inner and outer sliding door slidably coupled to corresponding guide rails. The guide rail that is coupled to the outer sliding door is selectably moveable by a sliding door mechanism between a first and a second position. In the first position, a user can slide outer and inner sliding doors along said guide rails, whereas in the second position, a surface of the outer sliding door is substantially flush with a surface of said inner sliding door.

The classical pneumatic cylinder actuating the longitudinal guide (3) ensuring sliding of the doors and by means of which the doors (1) are embedded or disembedded in the body (2) of the wagon, simultaneously actuates a shaft (4), a crank (5) being radially integral with said shaft . The free end of the crank hingedly receives a connecting rod (6) that is in turn hingedly connected to the longitudinal guide (3). When the longitudinal guide (3) is being displaced outward, on which the doors (1) can be displaced in closing or opening direction, the crank (5) and the connecting rod (6) form an approximate angle alpha . Said angle progressively decreases during the embedding maneuver of the guide (3) and, consequently, the doors (1), until a limit situation is reached in which a 0 value of said angle is slightly exceeded and the connecting rod (6) operates as blocking and safety element that keeps the doors in the embedded position thereby preventing improper opening of said doors.

The sliding door is associated with a carriage or support (5) by a telescopic guide, which extends parallel to the door and can be displaced on transversal guides (4) when it is actuated by a pneumatic piston (12) determining two positions of said carriage (5): a retracting position corresponding to the embedding of the door and an outward projecting position in which the door is also projected outward so that it can be displaced longitudinally towards the opening position. A linear motor (14) is mounted on the carriage-support (5) whose output is coupled to the door by means of an appropriate transmission to transmit its longitudinal movement to the door. The door thus describes an angular and straight trajectory, i.e. with an open segment of the door parallel to its own plane and a second segment perpendicular to the first segment and corresponding to the position of embedding.

A window lift and slide apparatus by a motor is provided to lift and slide a window by lifting a movable plate, which is moved vertically by a ball screw rotated by the motor. A window lift and slide apparatus by a motor comprises a motor(M), a ball screw(110), a slider(120), and support shafts(130,140). The motor is installed to a window frame at a movable plate side. The ball screw is rotated by the motor. The slider is bolted to the ball screw, and moved up and down. The slider includes a protrusion, which protrudes on the slider. The protrusion enters a slit formed on a movable plate(P), and liftes up the movable plate, when the slider moves up. The support shafts are each formed at two ends of the ball screw to support the ball screw. When the ball screw is rotated by the motor the slider moves up and down. At this moment, the protrusion of the slider is inserted into the slit to lift the movable plate. When the movable plate lifts, a runner lifts a window frame.

Antrieb 1 mit einer Verstellvorrichtung 2 für einen verschiebbaren Flügel 3 als Hebe-Schiebekippflügel oder Hebe-Schiebeflügel für ein Fenster oder eine Tür 4, wobei der Antrieb 1 aus einer Platine 5, einem Motor 6 und einem ein Getriebe 7 bestehend eine Kupplung 8 antreibt, mit Übertragung über die Kupplung 8 auf die Verstellvorrichtung 2 ein in einer Führungsschiene 9 angeordneten Beschlag 10 antreibt, wobei zumindest die Verstellvorrichtung 2 in einem Gehäuse 11 gelagert ist, und mit der Führungsschiene 9 eine formstabil fixierte Verbindung 12 eingeht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über die Kupplung 8 eine Spindel 31 angetrieben wird, auf der ein Schlitten 32 mit einer Spindelmutter verfahrbar ist, wobei der Schlitten 32 mit einem Gewindeabschnitt 33 mit der Spindel 31 wirkverbunden in Eingriff ist und in Verlängerung auf der Mittelachse 34 des Gewindeabschnitts 33 durch eine sich bildende Bohrung 35 die Spindel 31 führend gehalten ist.
