Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that almost all the Internet charges collections are on a fixed-price basis, and it is difficult to measure traffic volume with various services categorized and to impose charges accompanying the measurement on the services. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a meter rate charging device for charging of the Internet network and its method. When charges are imposed on the services of the Internet network, the meter rate charging system is introduced to an edge router that accepts requirements for various service qualities, for subscribers to be satisfied with desirable service qualities which are classified into service categories. Furthermore, transmission efficiency and cost efficiency of the packet transmission in the network is improved, a communication network manager assigns appropriate bandwidth to each of call categories taking into account property of the call category, processes traffic, and imposes appropriate rate on the service on the basis of accounting policy of the meter rate charging accordingly. Therefore, the present invention provides advantages that service quality of the Internet network is improved since subscriber is prevented from transmitting unnecessary traffic, and subscriber's cost efficiency is improved since subscriber pays a charge low as against the service quality that the subscriber receives from the network resources.

Further, various Internet applied services (homepage, electronic mail, etc.), that subscribers have on the Internet can be managed by using the unique individual identifier information.

SOLUTION: The decoder of this invention includes channel estimate means 210, 211 that estimate a channel state from a signal received from a transmission end to measure a signal to interference ratio(SIR), a control means for controlling the number of repetitive decoding times that compares the signal to interference ratio(SIR) measured by the channel estimate means with a threshold value having been already set so as to control the number of repetitive decoding times, and a decoding means 250 that decodes the signal repetitively by the number of times controlled by the control means for the number of repetitive decoding times.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit/receive low speed data in a low band link and high speed data in a high band link by installing a means modulating a low band signal string and a high band signal string, putting together the modulated low band signal string and the modulated high band signal string and generating a transmission signal. SOLUTION: The transmission/reception device is constituted of a modulation/ transmission part and a demodulation/reception part. The duplex links of mutually independent high band and low band are provided. High speed data such as a packet and a multiframe are transmitted through a high band link Rb and low speed data such as general telephone service and a general information communication network signal are transmitted through a low band link Ra. At that time, the modulation/ transmission part separates general telephone service and the signal of a general information communication network in the low band and the packet and the multiframe of the high band and resolves them into the number (r) of keys decided by a key allocation part 35 and 255-r-pieces of different partial signals. They are modulated and a transmission signal X[n] is generated.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the interference signal power of a forward link which is due to traffic increase and to obtain an appropriate traffic (speech communication) quality to a terminal station by deciding whether full power that has been allocated to a forward traffic channel of the terminal station is a normal mode or a critical mode, comparing a receiving bit energy/noise ratio with a power control critical value and increasing or reducing sending power according the difference. SOLUTION: When signal information is received from a mother base station 200, it is transmitted to a terminal station traffic channel demodulator 212 and is modulated. A forward traffic channel receiving bit energy/noise ratio measuring part 214 measures a receiving bit energy/noise ratio of a traffic channel from demodulated receiving data. The power increase or reduction with respect to the forward traffic channel is decided by comparing the receiving bit energy/noise ratio with the power control critical value of the forward traffic channel. Thus, a traffic quality of a good quality can be acquired to a terminal station.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently correct image distortion by finding out mapping relation among a correction point in the three-dimensional(3D) space, a correction point projected onto a two-dimensional(2D) image plane and an irradiation angle by a neural network, storing the relational values in a table and correcting image distortion by using the table. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a camera 50, an angle adjusting device 60 for plane light, a video processing computer 70 for obtaining the angular information between plane light and a reference line and executing image processing, and a monitor 80 for outputting 3D distance information as plural hardware elements. In this case, mapping relation between the actual coordinate values of an optional correction point in the 3D coordinate space and the projected point on a 2D image plane corresponding to the correction point is found by supplementing the irradiation angle θ of irradiation light to the reference line. The found mapping function is converted into the connection strength of the neural network and stored in a table. After finding the distance of video information by inversely projecting an obtained camera image, a table value corresponding to the distance is inputted to the neural network to correct image distortion.
