본 발명은 검버섯 발생 진단 키트 및 검버섯 발생 진단 방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 검버섯 발생에 따라 발현 패턴이 변화되는 유전자를 확인하여 검버섯 발생을 진단하기 위하여, 상기 유전자 서열의 폴리뉴클레오티드와 혼성화하는 프로브로서 하나 이상의 폴리뉴클레오티드 또는 그의 상보적 폴리뉴클레오티드; 상기 유전자 서열의 폴리뉴클레오티드의 프라이머 쌍; 또는 상기 유전자에 의하여 코딩되는 폴리펩티드에 대한 모노클로날 항체를 하나 이상 포함하는 검버섯 발생 진단 키트 및 그를 이용하는 검버섯 발생 진단 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 검버섯 발생에 따라 피부세포에서 정상치 이상으로 발현이 증가되는 64종의 유전자 및 발현이 감소되는 118종의 유전자를 검버섯 발생 마커 유전자로 하여 피부에서의 검버섯 발생을 빠르게 진단할 수 있다. 검버섯, 피부, 키트, 유전자 발현

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for containing a green tea ingredient is provided to concentration-dependently increase collagen biosynthesis and to basically treat aged skin. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains one or more kinds selected from a group consisting of green tea saponin and green tea polyphenol as active ingredients. PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for enhancing skin tone and elasticity is provided to maximally increase regeneration and purification abilities of the skin cells. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition includes oxygen dissolved water as an active ingredient. The vegetable extract containing seaweeds extract or sulforaphane are included as an active ingredient. 0.1-80 weight% of the oxygen dissolved water is included based on the total weight. 0.001-10 weight% of the seaweeds extract is included based on the total weight. 0.001-10 weight% of the vegetable extract is included based on the total weight of the composition. The oxygen dissolved water contains 20-200 ppm of dissolved oxygen. The oxygen dissolved water is manufactured by injecting oxygen into deep sea water, glacier, subsurface water, thermal waters or distilled water using an oxygenator for 1-10 times for 10-120 minutes at the pressure of 1-10kg/cm2. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-aging contains 0.0001-25 wt% of red algae extract as an active ingredient. The red algae include Gelidium amansii, Gracilaria, gigartina, laver, Acanthopeltis japonica, gracilaria, Ceramium kondoi graphite or Grateloupia Filicina. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of an emulsion, suspension, microemulsion, microcapsule, microgranule, or vesicle dispersion agent of ion type(liposome) and non-ion type.

CONSTITUTION: A method or evaluating skin elasticity enhancement using corium mimic comprises: a step of preparing a saccharification collagen control group and a saccharification experimental group; a step of mixing fibroblasts to the control and experimental groups each to prepare gel; a step of constructing three-dimensional form using a culture insert; a step of putting gel of the control and experimental groups inside the culture insert and culturing to prepare corium mimic; a step of imaging the shape of the mimic in a three-dimension; and a step of evaluating elasticity change from the image result.

CONSTITUTION: An oxygen-generating cosmetic composition contains micro hydrogel particles and optical catalyst which is conjugated to the hydrogel particles. The size of the hydrogel particles is 0.1-100 um. The hydrogel particle contains acryl-based hydrophilic monomers or polymers. The hydrogel particles are polyethylene glycol diacrylate, polyethylene glycol methacrylate, poly(N-isopropylacrylamide), or polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA).

PURPOSE: A method for generating a skin wrinkles index and a method for providing beauty information for a skin are provided to create the skin wrinkles index and supply beauty information by the skin wrinkles index. CONSTITUTION: Values related to skin wrinkles is measured from a skin(S1). The skin is divided into a plurality of groups by the values(S2). A weighted value about values is determined using the number of groups(S4). A wrinkles index is created using the values and the weighted values(S5). The value comprises the average height of the wrinkles, the maximum height of protrusion, and the maximum distance between the protrusion and the concave.

A kit for predicting chloasma is provided to predict rapidly and sensitively potentialities of forming chloasma from skin by 23 kinds of genes highly revealed and 5 kinds of genes lowly revealed near the chloasma region. A kit for predicting chloasma comprises one or more monoclonal antibodies having the amino acid sequence coded by a gene selected from a group consisting of PCOLCE2, GFPT2, CCL21, WIF1 and H19 as a variable region. If an amount of the antigen combined in the antibody is less than a normal value, it is diagnose as the skin in which the chloasma is easily formed.

A composition comprising a benzimidazole amine derivative or an aminoquinoline derivative is provided to inhibit signaling of a cell in melanocyte with which a c-kit protein is involved so as to control the function of the melanocyte, thereby providing skin-whitening effect. The composition for inhibiting c-kit protein or skin-whitening comprises 0.0001-10 wt.% of a benzimidazole amine derivative such as 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-N-(1-naphthalenylmethal)-1H-benzimidazole-5-amine represented by the formula(1) or an aminoquinoline derivative such as 2-amino-3-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-quinoline represented by the formula(2).
